I ordered ONE pair of their plastic flip flops for 39.98. I received a confirmation confirming my purchase of ONE pair. The next day I received another emailing saying they had UPDATED my purchase to TWO pairs of the same shoes but the second pair was on sale for 29.98. I received them and they hurt my toes so I emailed how to return them. After at least 10 emails (and no verification as to where to send them back), they kept telling me I could only get a 10% to 15% refund because they were on sale. Long story short, I paid $69 for shoes I don't like and only got a $10.48 refund! Never again! Beware!!

Not great, and no ventilation..

I ordered two pair of size 5.5 flop Flops; $36 each pair totalling $79.
Opened baggie for one pair to try on and they were TOO BIG! Did not even open other pair.
Sent email to request return/refund instructions since my quick read of their policy stated full refund. HOWEVER... MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT... no returns on sale merchandise.
$80 for brand new; never worn; and I cannot wear them or return them. I'm so angry!

I can not tell you enough - DO NOT buy from this company! Their products are junk and their customer support is useless in my opinion. Mine came damaged on the top. Because they offered a 10% off when buying, they would not let me return the item as it is considered a sale item. You think by offering you 10% off they are helping you, but in reality they are setting you up for NO RETURN ability. I would 100 percent buy at Oofas when there is a sale. You will not be disappointed. I normally don’t write a review, but I felt compelled to share and help others from being taken advantage of. Run, don’t walk away from this company. It’s HORRIBLE!! Just look at all the reviews. EVERYONE can’t be wrong!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and they came very mangled. I took pictures and sent to the company who then said they will not issue a refund because it was a sale item. My concern is that this company can issue utter crap merchandise and keep their money due to this “policy”. Wish I had a way to share pictures of the shoes.

The most important feedback is they charged and never delivered when I asked them they said it was delivered at my front door I shared the picture of my front door with their picture of delivery it does not match so this seems to me fraudulent to me and I have filed a complaint to my credit card company pls don’t buy from them at all.

First deceptive marketing advertising that made me click the second pair. Luckily they refunded . Then the flip flops arrived . Looking cheap and nasty and made in China that I can easily get for us$5 at the shops here . Also the wrong size was sent !! 🤦🏻‍♀️

So sorry I didn’t try trust pilot before purchasing from this company. Total scam. Their flip-flops for $39 and they hurt like hell between the toes. Try to return and they say they’re on sale. Well, I think everything is on sale and therefore you can’t return them. They will offer you 10 to 15% off your next purchase. And they think I’m gonna make another purchase? I don’t think so.

I fell for the Facebook ads and bought before doing my usual check.
When the sandals finally arrived it was clear how cheap they were. The plastic overflow from the mold wasn't trimmed off very well and when I put them on, not only were they hard but the toe separators had different placements in each shoe. The shoes are unwearable and the company hasn't responded to emails.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering, as of today my order is still not delivered and they stopped replying to emails,their systems are not set up for business.

I ordered sandals in size 7.5 but received size 40–41 instead. Despite multiple emails, I haven’t received a refund or the correct size. The customer service has been completely unhelpful.

The sandals themselves are extremely poor quality—similar to what you'd find at a dollar store. They arrived in a thin plastic bag, offering no protection.

This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller. Save your money and shop somewhere reliable.

Absolutely evil company. Same issues as all the other respondents. Sent tge wrong size, cheap nasty , hugely overpriced no arch supports , not soft at all. Said I wanted my money back, says they have a no return policy. Absolutely disgusting

The sandals I ordered were too big and all I wanted to do was exchange them for a smaller size. They said NO. What an awful company!

If I could give 0 star I would have. This company is a total rip off like their cheap products. Do not waste your money purchasing any product from them. I purchased 2 pairs of size 6 appalling cheap look in plastic slippers from them. Took forever to return. When delivered it was not size 6, even though the label noted size 6. They then refused to accept a return for a full refund, stating that products purchased under sale is not eligible for refunds, a statement/policy not noted at the time of purchase, failing to comply with the Consumer Rights 2015 regulation. They offered only a 15% refund or 10% discount off my next order. Nonsense. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS ROGUE COMPANY.

Don’t fall for their BS. They claim customer service 24/7. Don’t answer emails. Phone goes to a recording. They will not give me a refund even though it has not shipped. Total SCAM! Still waiting for a response.

Apalled at the quality. Nothing healing about this footwear but leaves a wound in your purse.
Shocking cheap non ergonomically designed. Made in China. Also I ordered size 38 and was sent suze 41.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I purchased a pair of shoes from this company, lured in by their so-called “one-month money-back guarantee,” which claims to offer a refund regardless of whether you wear the shoes or not.

Well, I wore the shoes – and they were absolutely unbearable. Within a short time, they started hurting my feet severely. They caused actual wounds. I’m not talking about mild discomfort – I mean painful injuries that made it impossible to continue wearing them. The shoes were clearly poorly designed or manufactured with zero concern for comfort or customer health.

Naturally, I expected a refund under the advertised guarantee. But no – despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to return my money. The paperwork, the customer service, and the entire process have been an absolute nightmare. They’ve ignored their own return policy and left me with damaged feet and no refund.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers. If you value your time, money, and physical well-being, do NOT buy from them. Their so-called guarantee is a lie, and their customer service is nonexistent
