I ordered an item using their remake guarantee, the first item wasn't quite the right fit, I provided feedback and they provided a replacement which was just right and clear instructions and pre paid post to return the original item.

I couldn't be more pleased with my two high-neck cotton T-shirts. I considered for quite a while as they are a considered purchase, but I am so glad I went for it. They arrived less than a week after order, and the quality is superb, likewise the fit. And I love that they are not logo-ed, very important for me as I dislike obvious branding. Just received my first order of three high neck cotton tee shirts. All I can say is WOW! I couldn't be happier with the exceptional quality and fit. In fact, as soon as I hung them up ordered three more!

I ordered some t-shirts and measured myself carefully. When I received the first t-shirt, I thought it was decent, but not amazing. After a while, the company reached out to me and helped me refine my measurements. They wouldn't send the other t-shirts until everything was perfect.

I wasn't expecting such great customer service. It really felt tailored just for me, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in for every single customer.

I was wary but I’m married to a Dane so I gave it a try. Truly remarkable hi-neck T shirt and a perfect fit. I referred several friends and I’ll be a repeat customer.

Got my t-shirts in like a week's time. Very soft and non-wrinkly. Fits me pretty well compared to regular stores that does not take into account that not everybody is a tall stick with no muscle.

Excellent services and customer oriented. I got the perfect fit and very good advice for what I should adjust for different body parts. The custom size web application is very detailed in order to get a best fit. Also has a free swap for the first order where it was needed to have some size adjustments.

Editing response as I seem to have misunderstood the PFG Claim process. Have resubmitted a PFG Claim today and will wait for it to be processed, but going well so far!

Customer Service is just incredible, competent, helpful, polite and they will even catch up after the remake to ask if you’re happy with the remake model. The products themselves are obviously also amazing!

Super high quality clothing. I do the custom sizing so it takes a little longer to get to me, but it's so worth the wait. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. They take pride in their work from all aspects.

The relationship with the team was exceptional. My first shirts were a bit off in sizing, likely due to me guessing at size dimensions. In my interaction with their tailor was easy and the new shirts are perfect. Great fit, super materials and rich color. Very satisfied, and considering more shirts.

Fantastic shirt. Like advertised, well made and a great fit as their algorithm sizes you and makes the t-shirt fit right as intended. Construction is excellent and the fabric is hearty and soft at the same time. Highly recommended. I will buy more.

I have been a customer for a while, ordered numerous products over the last few years and the actual product is good and worth paying the money for. There have been one or two issues with quality but nothing serious that wasn’t resolved

The reason for my 3 stars is my current, challenging experience. Ordered something 6 or 7 weeks ago. It arrived within a week but wasn’t quite right so on the 5th June a remake went into production. I am still waiting, over a month later. Communication is sketchy, I chased a while back and was told my order should take 2 weeks but it’s been twice that, my latest chase hasn’t had a reply and it’s been 5 days now.

Waiting 5 to 6 weeks in total for a top that fits is a bit excessive, I think the nature of what they do would mean waiting 2 or 3 weeks for a refit is expected, but this is excessive

I really like their tees and have recently placed my 2nd order with 2 months. Tried out 3 different cuts and materials and am happy with each of them. So far so good. Yet when it comes to client communication or operations the company is unfortunately not up to par.

Firstly, you cannot rely on their estimated date of delivery as they are hopelessly overwhelmed by orders. That’s poor operations or production chain. Worst is there don’t inform you about it. I had to query around eta and after several days I received a response…the usual excuse…sorry…high demand…apologies for delay… yet no new eta!
Second, in my last order they delivered a tee in the wrong customization (eg regular instead of fitted) even though the order online says “fitted”! It’s apparent there is no quality control checking product with order details. I made use of the guarantee service of the tee being amended but got a message immediately that again too many orders and they will respond with delay. Well 3 days have passed and I have not yet heard back.

Whoever is oversight of operations and customer service is not doing a good job. The workers however manufacturing the tees are awesome!

Was slightly nervous around the cost of the tee but the remake offer gave me the confidence to buy. First item (high neck T) wasn't a great fit but customer service around the remake was great and ended up with a really nice fitting, and good quality item.
Tee has a nice weight to it too.

I did not know Son of Tailer and I am not an online shopper, but because of the specific offer I ordered. I got a perfect follow-up and delivery within the set period. The fit and quality of the shirts met the expectations perfectly, however there was one small problem. My mail mentioning this problem was answered within an hour after which the problem was solved immediately. TOP class experience.

Absolutely brilliant service. One of the most helpful companies I have come across. My t shirt wasn’t the best fit and they were so helpful in sending a different size. Would highly reccomend
