I purchased a few dark navy basic shirts a while ago. In the beginning i was a bit nervous because i have never had a shirt tailored for me before especially not via the Internet.
But in the end the shirts were just perfect. I purchased some in 2023 and im still wearing some of them and they are still looking good! (I wear them often in the gym, so they get also washed a lot)
And they still fit tight. Incredible.
The communication with the Customer Service was also super fast and very kind. I will order some new ones :)

Son is a store I keep coming back to. The fabrics and color are fantastic and the custom fit really makes the difference.
It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m %100 satisfied. I don’t buy a lot of clothes, but when I do, I want them to last looking great for years. I still have Son T shirts that are 5 years old and are my favorite shirts to wear.

Had a bit of an issue with the recent cashmere hoodie purchase but Frederik and Simon in customer service are genuine and helpful and sorted the issue with a really fair solution, so have a lot of confidence now in continuing to order from son of a tailor. Great service

EDIT - After posting this, I was contacted immediately by the customer support. They handled the situation very professionally, and I got my shipment within days - the fit is perfect and I am happy with the purchase.

Really poor experience - would not recommend.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for 5 t-shirts. With some delay, a test t-shirt arrived - with no QR code for following up on the measurements.

Sent 2 support requests over 5 days - no reaction whatsoever. Current status of my order - unclear, when it's going to be shipped, or whether anyone has even seen my messages at all - also unclear. Worst of all, can't even cancel the order.

Very happy with the quality of the material but unhappy with the fit. But it took so long to make it that I couldn't be bothered to send it back to Portugal and take the risk of ordering another one. I will use is as a very expensive underlayer.

UPDATE: I was offered a free replacement and while ordering we discovered that the original tee was the wrong size (37 vs 41cm). That explain the poor fit! Excellent customer service.

Great fabrics, great fit and great customer care. I have ordered about 10 items from the over the last 4-5 years. Only once the fit wasn’t great and they replaced it immediately.

The only issue is they don’t make trousers 😅

From the initial order on their website to the first fit, to tweaking the fit and the final order arriving, I cannot fault this company at all. Everybody I have dealt with has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. My custom made tees are spot on and feel incredible.
Will be ordering some jumpers soon.

the website is functional but often the colour selection button is not the same as the colour of the clothing... The clothing is in my opinion expensive.

I love the fabrics, I love the name tags of the people who produced it and I love the cut. They fit perfect and I’m glad I found your brand. I hope on the long term I will be as happy with the products like I’m when I tried them on the first time.

Just had a great experience with Son of A Tailor customer support team. Simon and Frederik were very friendly, prompt and helpful.

I ordered a few pieces in the hope they would arrive before going on a trip to Paris but estimated delivery time was a bit tight. I reached out to Son and they got back to be very quickly explaining they couldn’t accelerate my order as it would affect other customers (which is only fair) but that they could, if some pieces were finished earlier than others, break up the order and send some finished pieces ahead in a separate delivery.

The clothes just arrived - great quality and fit.

Just ordered my first sweater from this wonderful company. Love their stuff and I thought the t-shirts were fitting well until I did the re-make guarantee and now they are perfect. Big bummer that I am in the US and these absurd tariffs are in place, otherwise I would order a cashmere one next!

First time customer, thought I would try them out. First items didn’t fit properly so gave feedback about what should change. They made all the changes and the new items fit perfectly and the quality feels great. Will use again. Thank you

Rubbish product don't buy from this company even though i returned product I did not receive a refund but they asked trust pilot to take down original detailed review so here I am trying to warn consumers again. so all retailers have to do is flag a review and get it removed! every word in my original review was true and factual.

The quality of the t shirts is amazing, what a great value for the cost. But what is even better is the customer service and their perfect fit guarantee, 10/10 would recommend and I am going to buy all my shorts only with son of a tailor from now on.

I own a couple of high-neck T-shirts. Best t-shirts I’ve ever had. Have been wearing them almost every day and washing them twice a week. After 7 months they are almost as new, just the color is a bit washed out, but they’ve had at least 40 cycles of washing. Didn't stretch or shrink either.

Had to remake my first order. A new item came in fast and sat well.

Simply the best t-shirts you will ever own! I have been a customer for many years, not just the quality or the fit but the customer service department is second to none.

Most companies these days treat you as a number and try and sell as much as possible to you and exploit the customer. Son of a Tailor give you a feeling that you are truly valued and that there goal is to ship a product that is the highest quality that last year and year.
