Placed an order, shipment held for almost a week, contacted them, said they’ll send the next day, didn’t happen. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Avoid. There’re plenty others out there.

I purchased some Paraboot Michaels & unfortunately they initially came scratched.
As you can imagine, this was very frustrating. However their customer care guy, Oscar, was incredibly helpful.
Oscar promptly provided a replacement pair & even threw in some complimentary socks due to the inconvenience.
What was initially a negative experience ended being a totally positive one instead.
I love the shoes & was very impressed with the customer care Son of a Stag provided.

I visited the store for the first time yesterday to exchange a pair of ONI jeans I’d purchased online.
The guy that looked after me, Graham, was outstandingly helpful. Not only did he pick out half a dozen excellent alternatives to try (to get a good fit) he really educated me about Japanese denim.
All in all, I would say that it was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had, and I normally dislike clothes shopping.
It was such a positive experience that I’m going to take my wife there to get some denim in the next few weeks. Graham even offered to be on-site on the day we travel up from Kent if I give him a few days notice of our visit. What a legend.
A superb range of quality clothing and an exceptional customer experience, Son of Stag has just acquired a dedicated new fan. 10/10.

SOAS first order absolutely nailed it. Freenote cloth RJ1 jacket, perfect fit, perfect service. Will definitely be coming here again (well online), amazing. Thank you for stocking this brand. Wont compensate me for a lost order
My order hasnt arrived due to some DHL issues. DHL made it very clear to me that it was a mistake on their behalf and that they would issue a compensation to the sender (the company). The company claims that they havent been able to get any compensation from dhl and are not able to refund my money due to that. They offered to give me store credit tho which was fine with me. This has been a month ago now and I still havent received anything.
Best Customer Service Ever Experienced
I truly can't say enough good things about the customer service at Son of a Stag. Oscar has gone above and beyond to help me with a return outside of their typical window due to a family emergency, spending f at more energy and time than anyone would expect of someone in his position.
It's quite rare that interacting with someone representing a large business does so in such a fashion that it actually makes your day BETTER! And yet, that is precisely what Oscar delivers.
Sending my sincere gratitude to Oscar and his team. Would recommend this business 10/10, even as an international shopper 🙏

Quick delivery / poor returns
Quick delivery, but a return costs £7 and has to be sent by DHL. So you will have to print a label off somewhere, which if you don’t have a printer is a real pain. Then you will have to find a DHL drop off which may not be that accessible. I had to do 15 mile round trip to drop this parcel off at a DHL service point. In future I will avoid this company because returning for me is too difficult and expensive.

Their Customer Care representative Carlos was quick to help make an edit to me order and was polite and respectful. Really happy with their level of service and attentiveness.
Very poor customer service
I ordered a couple of things yesterday, early afternoon, and paid for ‘Express next day delivery’ I couldn’t find any mention of a cut off time for next day delivery anywhere on the website, so felt confident I’d get my shirts today.
This morning, when I woke to no tracking info, I emailed asking if they’d been despatched, and said if they hadn’t, please cancel the order.
Sometime later I received a reply, saying I missed the cut off time, so they’d be coming out to me today, for delivery tomorrow. Ignoring my instructions to cancel.
This, it transpires, is because they don’t cancel online orders, as they’re too busy. They’d be a little less busy if they didn’t ship out orders that were just going to be returned straight back to them.
This is my first and last order with Son Of A Stag, there are plenty of retailers selling what they sell, and they do it in a much better way.

Racist Staff
I’ve never been this disrespected in my life - a staff demanded to look into my bag when I was just looking into my oversized bag for my camera. She gave me the dirtiest look and ushered for another staff to get me to surrender my belongings for checks when I’ve just been in the shop for a mere single minute. Got to be the worst shop I’ve ever stepped into in the UK. Sort your attitude out. Meanwhile, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to step into this shop - staff needs training and items are way overpriced.
Unstable staff & exorbitant prices—Do not recommend
The staff member kept talking about 'bacteria eating the jeans' and seemed frankly unstable. I was shocked to see they were selling Oni Denim for £300, when it's available for £170 from Denimio.
Needless to say, I made a sharp exit and won’t be returning
