Loved this product! Left my retainers and gumshield extremely clean after just one use. My retainers are no longer cloudy, instead they are completely clear and look brand new. My gumshield also looks and feels fresh.

This device helps me clean my retainers quickly in the morning while I brush my teeth, which saves me a lot of time getting up in the morning. The instructions are easy to follow and make sense, and the device easily gets rid of things stuck in my retainers.

They have the best products including their retainer cleaner! It’s changed the game for me!!

I purchased the Sonic Pro Ultrasonic Cleaning Pod along with the Sonic cleaning tablets for my night guard, and I have been very pleased with the results.

I use half a tablet with the Sonic Pro pod every day, and my night guard feels fresh and clean after every cleaning cycle. The combination does an excellent job of removing buildup and keeping the appliance feeling like new.

Recently, I was out of town and forgot to bring the cleaning tablets with me. I only had the Sonic Pro pod, so I used a small amount of dish soap instead. The Sonic Pro pod still did an impressive job cleaning the night guard, which speaks to the effectiveness of the ultrasonic cleaner itself. However, I did not like the lingering smell of the dish soap, and the overall result did not feel as fresh as when I use the Sonic cleaning tablets.

When I use the Sonic cleaning tablets, my night guard feels as fresh and clean as if I had just brushed my teeth. Based on my experience, I highly recommend using the Sonic Pro pod together with the Sonic cleaning tablets. The combination works exceptionally well and makes a noticeable difference in keeping dental appliances clean, fresh, and comfortable to wear.

My Sonic Pro pod was delayed by nearly two months before it was posted. However, when I got past the AI customer service bot and was in contact with an adviser, she was very helpful in explaining the reason for the delay and added a box of cleaning tablets for free as a goodwill gesture. The pod itself is a bit noisier than I expected but works well and saves me time cleaning my Invisalign trays.

My final update, no matter what they edit their response to say:

Now they have resorted to saying I'm lying. I have the email with the exact quote I mention below. Literally says "in exchange" with regards to removing the review. They've also edited the part of their response saying they have confirmed I was completely removed from their systems, now it only calls out "marketing systems" instead. That's just shady and dishonest.

Update 20 Jun 2026: After trying to bribe me to remove my review, they continue to send me emails, even though I have been "completely removed" from their systems (according to their reply below, and emails to me). Unbelievable.

They actually gave me some free tablets to say sorry, which I would have appreciated and updated to a 2 or 3 star review (because it shows they take it seriously)... except they also tried to explicitly bribe me:

"We kindly ask as well if there's any chance you'll consider removing the online review. In exchange, we will send a free water flosser along with your free box of cleaning tablets."

And now I keep getting marketing emails. The latest was to receive an entry to "Win a $250 / £200 Amazon voucher!", also in exchange for a review.

Yet another company that sends you spam when you uncheck the marketing emails box. Don't give them your details if you care about your inbox. Sure, it's only be one so far, but it's within a week of my order. Shameless.

I emailed about having my details removed, and got a literal AI response. Absolutely disgusting.

Also, to their reply below, referral program emails ARE marketing emails. Also, I had an auto-reply to say it will be 1-2 days. Then Gary the supposed "AI Customer Success Manager" sent me an email about how seriously they take the issue. That's yet another email I didn't need. I repeat: these guys don't respect your inbox. If only they took customer preferences as seriously as they take bad reviews.

Good after customer service

I’m so glad I’ve made the investment in this easy to use product. Also, I’m glad I can be assured of a good clean of my retainer each day.

After the very first use of my new Sonic Pro ultrasonic cleaner device, I was immeasurably impressed with the change in how my 18 year old retainers looked and smelled. The easy to use device saves valuable time trying to clean my retainers with a brush and toothpick. Thank you for your amazing product!

The company is easy to communicate with; however, after more than a week, I'm still waiting for my cleaning tablets to be delivered. Disappointing; which is why I didn't rate 5 stars.

I recently contacted Sonic Dental as unfortunately I had lost the charging cable for my Sonic Pro and wanted to ask where and how I could obtain a replacement.

I received. a reply from Grace and was very surprised when she confirmed that she had arranged for a free replacement charger to be sent to me!

Now that's what I call great customer service!

I was taken by surprise how well it works, including the cleansing tablets. Of course I noticed the difference after my 2nd day of usage. Definitely a good purchase.

A great product that does exactly what it says. I was sceptical but my night guard is now cleaner and looking better than it has for a long time.

Purchased for my journey of straighter teeth and using invisalign trays to achieve. The sonic cleaner is hassle free and very easy to use to clean my trays within 3 minutes Odor from trays is eliminated and can see the small food particles that comes off floating in the water. Very fast dispatch & delivery I recieved it within 48hrs. Doesn't over clutter bathroom sink as it really does look sleek.

I began my Invisalign journey earlier this year and did quite a lot of research into ultrasonic cleaners. After days of researching it, I chose Sonic Pro because it offered UV in addition to ultrasonic - which was something other cleaners didn’t - for a very good price. The lab test results on their website really played a huge role in winning my trust. Honestly - I wasn’t disappointed at all. I’ve been using it for six months now and it’s been fantastic! It really does leave my aligners clean and sparkling. The delivery and payment process was really smooth too - they arrived earlier than expected. I think this outperforms all the other cleaners in the market - based on so many reviews and Reddit forums I browsed through (quite diligently) for a week. I am so glad I made the purchase.

As a dentist receiving a marketing letter from this company was uncomfortable and distressing as it was labeled “very important” - which makes it seem like something serious and potentially negative!
For it to just be a marketing leaflet is unprofessional and spammy.
