I am currently digitizing a large number of family videos. I looked for an app to enable me to delete the unwanted segments and either save individual or merge wanted segments. I also wanted this process to be lossless with no re-encoding so as to preserve the video quality.
After trying numerous products which worked with varying degrees of success and difficulty, I found Solveigmm Video Splitter which worked easily and perfectly.
I am also very pleased with the customer support. Olga answered my eMailed question with a detailed answer within a couple of ours.
This is an excellent and well supported Video Splitter app.

After a PC Crash I wasn't able to activate my license on the new PC. I contacted the customer support and my license counter was reset within a couple of hours, that's excellent.

Very good program to capture screen video. And the support is outstanding quick. Any problems got solved very quick.

I have always received very good service from the company, even though I am a customer in Brazil.

I had recently upgraded my motherboard and OS. When I came to use my Solveig Video Splitter 7 Home Edition, a re-activation was required. I was unable to complete the re-activation and contacted the customer support. Olga Krovyakova responded in less than 24 hours and had resolved the issue for me.

I bought this product to remove adverts from recorded TV programmes. I have been delighted with it and would highly recommend it.

On the occasions that I have required support it has been prompt, helpful and thorough.

Solveig Video Editor is a great program when you need to do simple edits and transitions without lengthy (and lossy) re-rendering. Kudos to the staff.

I had a minor issue with the program that was indeed a bug.

Olga in tech support listened to my issue, confirmed the problem, and offered to get back to me once it was fixed.

A matter of days later, she actually did just that! I love supporting small businesses that support their customers. Fine people with an excellent product.

The Hypercam program is awesome for capturing any type of video for historical purposes and the support is spot on! I just have to remember, if you contact support, make sure you check the "spam" folder for any reply. Olga was very efficient in her response and the advice corrected my problem with one simple setting.

Hypercam, very good software, very useful and easy to use.
The support is very effective, my SSD having broken down I could not deactivate my license to install it on the new one.
So I sent an email to support and the next day my problem was resolved, they deactivated my license themselves.
Thanks to Olga for her speed and efficiency.

This company has done a great job with their Video Editor. It is the only software package that I have found that lets me edit video without making the saved video 3 times the size it was. The tech support has been fantastic and very responsive. I will continue to use this company for as long as they are in business.

This is really a very good software product.

Impressive response resulted in Solveig providing a new activation key for an old version of HyperCam I purchased years ago.

Although the product is great, and I was a big fan of this software starting with V4, but now I rate it anyway with 1* due to the fact, starting with V8 it has to be licensed by an annual billed fee. In my opinion, it's a rip-off when a software is only offered as a subscription with annually recurring costs, especially for private use. I don't go along with that, that makes me really angry, and with such behavior they've lost a so far happy customer. V7 works still just fine for my needs.

I have been using the SolveigMM Video Splitter for many years. It is my favorite video splitter. I recently had to buy a new PC as my old one is not Windows 11 compatiable. Olga, from customer service helped me activate the license on the new computer, and got me through some additional security features they have added. I am happy my lifetime license is working on my new PC!

I purchased Solveig Multimedia Splitter a few years ago and the product works perfectly. Recently I upgraded my motherboard which caused all of my licensed software to deactivate. I contacted Solveig customer service with my registration key. They responded in hours and helped me get my software registered and functioning again immediately.

Very good and most fast software to cut Advertising from a recorded Movie by television.
