I have been using this splitter for over 10 years because its great for that purpose. For a recent upgrade, Olga responded to my needs imediately, providing me with the links, my key, etc.

Where do you find that kind of personal service these days???? Wish all apps had this level of support...

I had used the Solveig Trimmer Plug In some years ago and was always pleased with the results. So I have come back to the App again for a new project. Easy to use, does what it says it does to produce the required result.

This is so easy to use for a newbie like myself. I started with V8 & now onto V9. I use it to stutch & split various episodes so works seamlessly

I had initially tried the free version of VS (Video Splitter) and was thoroughly impressed, and thus, decided to buy a licence for an annual subscription.

I genuinely mean it when I say that the product is fantastic, and the annual subscription fee is well worth it. It enables you to add files to the media library, which makes it shine, and you may upload a video and chop it with unmatched accuracy, frame by frame. Another noteworthy aspect is how quickly your films are processed—I mean, really quickly.

Admittedly, I did encounter an issue that I shall describe. Everything was going well. The product was purchased, paid for, and functioning as planned; nevertheless, an upgrade caused an issue. I upgraded to version 9_0_2603_20 from update 9_0_2603_13. Redownloading the program through the website created an issue because it acknowledged it as the free version, as it was already operating in the background. I'm happy to acknowledge this was a user error on my part, but I contacted Solveig on Saturday because I didn't want to buy another subscription, and I got a prompt response on Monday at 8:11, which gave me confidence that this was a great company that I could rely on.

Olga was professional, courteous, and polite. She was able to reset the activation, but in the end, it wasn't necessary because, upon removing the product from my computer and downloading it, I was taken to a login page where I could select between a free and paid version. As a result, I was able to quickly determine that the issue was my own incompetence rather than the company's.

For a firm founded in 2003 by Dmitry Vergeles, it is encouraging to note that complacency is not a concern some 23 years later and that the company is committed to creating a long-lasting and user-friendly product. It is a high-end product with excellent customer support. The tech support manager, Olga Krovyakova, was beyond helpful. I can easily understand why she is rated so well on Trustpilot because I have rarely seen such efficiency and competency (even when working in the mental health sector).

To say that I will recommend this product to my friends and family would be an understatement. I highly recommend this product; if you want a video splitter that is reasonable and customisable and has a superb crew ready, willing, and able to deliver a bespoke solution, go no further than Solveig.

Been using this for probably 5 or 6 years now. It's just always been on my PC and I never had a reason to remove it.

What I use it for is cutting and trimming video without re-encoding. Means no quality loss and no waiting 20 minutes for an export. I looked at other tools a few times over the years but nothing really replaced it for me.

I also want to mention Olga from the support team. I contacted them a few times with questions and she was always super helpful. Proper answers, no copy paste stuff. You could tell she actually read what you wrote. That kind of thing is not a given these days.

Still on it, still works great. No complaints.

Excellent software for recording online webinars and classes. I’ve been using it for 4 years to help me keep track of my studies. It's very stable and easy to use once you try it a few times. It has helped me immensely in revisiting complex materials whenever I need to. Highly recommended!

My videos, trimmed directly on a device, wouldn't play back on my TV. Using online services was a hassle. Made my peace with it until...
Well, I wanted a offline trimmer for the computer, 64-bit in order to future proof - chose Solveig Multimedia's program, thanks to having an interface integrated with WMP and audio file capacity (two birds with one stone... with this I could retire an old audio clip maker from the XP era.)
And guess what? Files trimmed through this plugin worked!
Bought the "Home" lifetime license immediately.
From my testing it even works on weaker machines, such as my netbook (powered by a 1GHZ AMD C-50)

I've been using this Video Splitter for almost 8 years now. The ability to split LONG videos in a lossless format is invaluable. The team is constantly making upgrades, which is a plus.

Other adds - like the join manager, make my life so much easier.

And they actually respond to customer inquiries.

LOVE this product!

I don't know if version 8 is different, but version 7 is unable to handle 4K video from my DJI Air 2 drone. The program is ultra slow, and crashes when trying to execute a cut.

I am using since years Hyper Cam and I am happy to use the upgraded version from 6.2 to 7.0.
The polite and quick customer support provided all necessary information in order to activate the program. Thank you.

I've never regretted choosing the SolveigMM video splitter program. It perfectly suits my needs. It's fast, works with frame-accurate precision, can handle a wide variety of audio and video formats, and is the most user-friendly program I know, and I've tried a lot of video editing software.

On top of that, the support is excellent, quick, and competent, as I've experienced firsthand.

In conclusion, I can't give anything less than top marks, both for the program and for Olga's support.

I enjoy the product and they have great tech support. Olga rocks!

This is a seamless application for video editing and splitting. It automatically updates and captions to adapt to your cuts and is very easy to use. Very worth the reasonable subscription. I fought with a couple of other well known applications... free and paid, this is by far the easiest and most reliable.

I had difficulty getting WMP plugin activated. After a few emails to support, the problem was fixed thanks to Olga Krovyakova. I have been using the plugin for several years. It is excellent. I had downloaded the 64 bit version, it would not work. It was my error as I should have used the 32 bit version. The plugin is now fine.

I use Solveig Video Splitter Business edition for several years - I use it eithe to edit digitalized "old" Super 8 family movies or to edit videos I gather on the web.
I like the simplicity of use and the accurate precision of the editing (removing unwanted sequences, jonng sequences ...) - All can be done in 2 easy steps : 1) deleting unwanted parts 2) joining the kept sequences.
I use it almost every day !

I had a problem with Home Edition installation where it couldn't find my license key when I entered it. I tried all the usual "fix it" steps like reboots, reinstalls, etc. I finally emailed the Solveig Support Team late that night and was very surprised that they emailed me back early the next morning, had fixed the issue on their end and I just needed to restart the program. I did so, and it worked perfectly! Very pleased with the quick help. This program is very functional, easy to use and processes splits and clips very efficiently and quickly. I've been processing lots of old family movies that were digitized. Works great.
