We ordered TPOB DEMON Clippers
We ordered TPOB DEMON Clippers, minus the clipper guards. Solo salon are selling a product that doesn't have the parts that the literature in the packaging says it does. They're not responsible for the misinformation but they should look closer to what they are selling on behalf of another supplier.
Seeing as I can't reply to your comments, I'll update mine.
You show me where I declined a refund. I haven't yet, I've ordered trimmer guards to see if they fit. if they don't, then yes I'll be looking for a refund. As for your suppliers, I suggest you contact everyone to make sure the the literature is correct within the packages they supply you. Then you won't have irate customers.

Your order was dispatched and delivered on time. When you contacted us about the missing trimmer guards, we investigated and found that our product description accurately states that guards are not included. TPOB confirmed that the Demon Trimmer has never included guards; the instruction leaflet contains a misprint.
Even though the product was advertised correctly and there was no fault on our part, we offered you a full refund, which you declined.
With over 12,000 products in our inventory, it's impractical to check every instruction leaflet for potential misprints. Our product listing was correct, and we fulfilled your order as promised.
