Thanks for your review.

There were no courier collections or deliveries taking place between April 3rd–6th due to Good Friday, the Easter weekend, and the bank holiday Monday, which caused delays across all shipments.

Your order was placed late on March 30th, so it went into dispatch on March 31st and was delivered on April 7th. When excluding the non-working days, it was delivered within 3 working days. That said, we do acknowledge this is slightly longer than our usual service, so apologies for the delay.

If you ever experience a delay like this in future, feel free to reach out to us directly and we can follow it up with the courier for you.
