While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This company advertises heavily on social media. After ordering I realized the same boots (same pictures) are advertised by another "company." So this is probably a scam being run under different "company" names/social media sellers.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots and quickly realized when I received the tracking information for the package that the the package was coming from China despite the impression given by the company name: Solevi Amsterdam.
It took 2 weeks for the package to arrive in the Netherlands. Tracking information was provided by Solevi.
The products ordered do not look anything like the producs advertised online. I ordered 2 pairs of attractive boots and received flimsy and cheap boots in a bag that are made of and smell heavily of plastic.
The return policy on the website states you have 30 days if you aren't satisfied with all the promises of a refund. However, in the fine print, once you dig it up, it states you have only 14 days from the day of receipt and the products must be returned "to Asia" at your own expense. They also don't provide the information about where exactly to return the package (it also doesn't come in the package itself) so this must be requested from the company and you need to wait for them to respond so you can start the process.
Presumably, how they get away with the scam is that most people won't bother returning the package(s) since the expense of shipping a package to China and risk of the package not arriving (customs problems?) and of it not being accepted by the company (because it did not arrive on time?, etc) and therefore still not getting your money back is not worth it for a lot of people so you have to cut your losses and they get to keep your money.
Everything is carefully set up (just enough info on the website) to make it seem ok for them to get your money. Then it's carefully set up to make it as difficult as possible for you to get it back.
On Solevi's FB page, any and all comments from customers are deleted. There isn't a single comment from a customer on any post.
Save yourself the headache and loss of money. Don't buy from this company.
