Good loafers for a nice price. Bought two pairs of the Como Loafers and have to say I am very pleasantly surprised. Sweet discount too for ordering multiple pairs.

To be fair, customer service was responsive and provided clear answers—they seem to know their policies well.
However, my main issue is with the overall experience. The webshop presents itself as an Amsterdam-based brand, but after ordering, the tracking showed the package shipping from China. The two shirts I received had the typical low-quality fit and feel, and the material was polyester rather than the cotton I expected.
I decided to return the items immediately, only to find that the return costs were €30, which feels unreasonable given the circumstances.
Fresh Label Amsterdam should recognize that this creates a poor customer experience and is far from sustainable. Transparency about shipping origin and product quality would make a big difference.
I would advise others to be cautious before ordering here.

DONT ORDER
DONT ORDER! I was misled by the many positive reviews. I now suspect that these have been bought or are at least fake reviews.
Product looks nothing like the images on the website.
Also, it’s just dropshipped from China without any quality control.
I ordered a pair of pants and the button could not even be closed since the hole was too small.
I contacted the shop for a return as soon as i saw the pants. They then told me it was on me to send it back, as well as the costs.
They expect me to pay €18 to return a €40 pants…
