I went in to Soles With Heart on the off chance that a miracle would happen, and it did! Kind and helpful staff measured my daughter’s feet then came back with all the available options, my difficult preteen decided on a pair & they just so happened to fit her and her narrow ankles! Michelle sprayed the shoes with a protective, something most shoe shops try to flog you instead. And that was that. That’s right, I took a12 year old girl school shopping and it was that simple! In and out within 20 minutes! Amazing!

We had excellent service and the lady was really good with my children. My daughter needed shoes with good inner step support and there were a few choices - all of which were in stock for her size. The shoes were substantially mor expensive than other brands but were fitted with room so should last a bit longer. My only concern was the open door to a busy road with a toddler running around.

On our first visit Michelle fitted my son properly but the shoes we liked weren’t in stock in his size so they were ordered in & arrived quickly. When we returned to try them with a very overtired dramatic boy Michelle was the ultimate professional and handled everything beautifully. Thank you Michelle & your lovely ladies for making a mortified Mummy feel a bit better and sending my son away with lovely, well fitting new school shoes x

Having bought Croc's elsewhere recently, we went back to Soles with Heart as we always do for school shoes - Michelle let us know that our daughter needed to see a Podiatrist, and our GP is now referring us - am amazed that the other shoe shop didn't mention this when they checked her feet two weeks before!! Shoes are lovely. Generous sizing but will keep them as my daughter will wear them in a few weeks time.

Really helpful. My daughter's shoes were hurting her feet and the staff identified that she had been fitted in the wrong size the previous week at a high street children's shoe shop. They tried lots of pairs to find some that fitted and I promptly went off to get a refund from the first store. We've not had a complaint about shoes hurting since.
