Excellent customer service. Starting from the very swift response on WhatsApp when first enquiring about a pair of VCA earrings, to doing everything they could to get the earrings to me before my birthday weekend, and all while being super friendly and accommodating. Earrings were beautiful packaged up and wrapped as well. Would highly recommend them!

If you’re looking for anything special that you know you’ll probably be waiting years for on a waiting list, well this shop is bound to have it.
I’ve been in there 3 times in the past year, bought two special watches and a rare handbag. On each occasion I’ve been served by Camilla, who is probably one of the kindest, friendliest and most passionate saleswoman I’ve ever come across. Her knowledge of watches is vast and impressive. I did not feel under any pressure or obligation to buy which I really liked. I would highly recommend to just pop in, even if you’re just browsing or want to try something special on.You will be amazed how nice everyone is.

Customer Service was excellent. Enquired about 2 Rolex watches. Sales person Camilla was friendly, patient and very knowledgable about the products. She explained all the functions, features and pricing and told me to come back when ready if I was interested in making a purchase or for any further information. Fantastic experience would recommend.

Popped into the Global boutique as an existing High End watch owner/ collector with no intention of purchasing another watch. Came out with a new idea to buy Patek watch. Such an experienced, professional staff, especially Camilla Phillips.
