SolarPower were straight about scheduling the job and came when they said they would. The solar panel installers were pleasant and accommodating as were the separate team who did all the electrical work connecting the system to the grid. They spent time talking us through the myenergi app and really couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Will be recommending SolarPower ni to friends and family.

Great pre and post installation service. Managed 100% self sufficiency on a sunny Novembers day so looking forward to the summer months! Installers were helpful and neat. Panels look great on the roof and very satisfying watching the production on the apps!

Solarpowerni did a really great job. The work was done on time to a really great standard and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. I am really happy with my solar panels and I would recommend this company to anyone.

While the end result is good and the installers were very professional the project management and timescales were unacceptable. We ordered in May and only had the installation go live in the last week of October. Dates were arranged and not met, kit arrived that wasnt suitable for our roof and access equipment remained on our driveway 3-4 days after it was to be collected. As a result we missed electrical generation for 5 months which was not reflected in the cost of the product. Other friends who ordered with other companies were up and running in 2 weeks.

After deciding to go solar I contacted 3 contractors. They were given my deadlines for submitting their proposals, price & timescales. Of the 3 involved, Solar Power NI met all the deadlines in a professional manner & were given the contract which involved Solarwatt panels, Tigos, Fronius Primo Inverter, Myenergi Harvi & Eddi.
There were some initial problems at installation which were re-negotiated in a prompt and efficient manner and the whole system is now up and running successfully.
I am glad that I selected Solar Power NI to carry out this project as I found everyone I dealt with, from initial contact through to completion to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional and would like to thank them all for their assistance.
I will be returning when the new generation of battery storage becomes available next year.

Bryan Walsh is really knowledgeable guy, him and this is company is highly respected by other companies in the renewables industry as two Heat Pump installers recommended him. I am not going to break the chain of the recommendations. Perfect communication, form the office people and the installers are professionals.

Top end quality panels 5kw and Fronius hybrid 3.7 kw inverter to meet Power ni rules to connect to grid. Zappy charger and Eddie also installed to turn on Immersion. Easy to use online app that shows performance of panels and house energy demands. East West facing panels on both sides so get energy over wider range of hours but at lower level when it shines. Initial problem of delay with courier delivering panels and brackets on time ahead of installer. First team worked well and fitted panels carefully on 2 storey house. Limited tile breakage as all roof tiles nailed. Cut small groves to make brackets fit neatly. All solar panels level. Spark arrived a few days later and performed a neat install of inverter and charger etc. Initial problem with radio signal to zappy from Eddie due to Kingspan cavity installation sorted with external ariel. Spark stayed late to finish job. Due to demand there is several weeks to wait for installation, but worth the wait. Firm traveled 2 hours to complete job. Any problems were quickly dealt with in a professional manner. Office staff very helpful. Have recommended company to family and friends. Install guidance sent by email. May be useful to send customer details on process and to plan ahead where everything goes in house. I had a brother in Australia to ask for advice, he is on third system. Payback on investment is aproximately7-10 years. Hope to install batteries in the future but not economical yet.

The service was very fast and courteous. Everything was explained in detail and laid out clearly to avoid confusion. Any minor issues that did occur were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this company for solar installations.

Having recently had solar panels installed from Solarpowerni I couldn't fault them at all throughout the entire process from installation to completion. Whilst writing this review my electric is running at 62%green which hopefully means I'm only paying for 36% 🤞. Keep up the good work.

I had Solarpowerni fit out a new build including Solar panels, car chargers and EDDI to control everything via an app on the mobile. They were first class and arrived on time & the date they arranged everytime. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with service from start to finish. All tradesmen were polite, helpful and efficient. It is a bit misleading that panels were sold as 5kw but only produce 3.5kw!

First class job! Great communication from start! Installers and electrician were polite, tidy and did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone and it’s nice to see the savings!

Very poor customer service. Arranged installation dates and chopped and changed at short notice. Didn’t phone to say installers wouldn’t arrive. Caused damage and had to repair. Sales guys and electricians aware great. Admin and logistics lets down the whole operation.

They installed everything within five weeks of initial overview, and the hot water provided is to die for; according to my Cleaner.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous at every step. They assessed my usage and suggested a system based on my needs, unlike other providers who 'told' me, a female, what I needed without looking at any usage. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!
