Cannot recommend this company enough. We went for a 4.4kw system and it’s working great. Have to give credit to the electrician, did a very tidy job in our attic and was very friendly. Thank you very much.

from start to finish Solarpowerni were first class, a great one to one with the customer and just about everything was very well explained and set out in great detail, nothing hidden, all my questions were answered with honesty and in a straightforward manner which I like, no flowery language or beating about the bush, just straight answers to all my many questions.
I went for a solar power system to try and reduce my overheads on running a standard house, not a massive mansion, just a standard 3 bedroom home, from start to finish the tradesmen who attended were on time and did a good tidy job.
By all means look around , but I found Solarpowerni to be just what i wanted.

Solar Power NI went out of their way to work around the needs of my business and took every precaution for the health and safety of my customers and staff at this busy Spar Store.
Couldn't fault the installers. Heads down and worked hard. I was surprised how much work they could get done in a few days.
Admin team gave regular updates on weather delays and safety precautions and completed the registration work a few days after the electrician had connected us up.

When I initially contacted Solar NI, I found them to be very knowledgeable about their products. They were very responsive via email and answered every question I had. It made my decision very easy to go with Solar NI. From order placed, I received an install date shortly after (which was 2 weeks later). The panel install team arrived when I wasn't at the house, however, they made contact with me on the phone to discuss an installation issue. They sent me WhatsApp pictures and the issue was easily resolved. The engineers fitted all the panels in one day and they left no rubbish and a very tidy job. 2 weeks later the electrical engineer arrived to connect up all the panels and install the panel inverter and Eddie diverter. Because this system had to be retro fitted, I knew some conduits would need to be exposed to wire the panel inverter and Eddie diverter but the installation is very neat and tidy and doesn't look out of place, albeit, the installation is within my hot press. The electrical works only took 1 day and the system was fully operational before the engineer left. Again the engineer was very informative and knew what he was talking about. I went with with a 5.2kw (Glass on Glass) system which can generate a maximum of 3.7kw due to the fact domestic installations are restricted to 3.7kw inverter. I also went with the Eddie diverter which uses the surplus electricity generated and diverts to your cylinder immersion heater. From my installation (7th Feb), there has been a few sunny days which generate really well and cloudy days are a bit slower to generate but I must say the water is always warm due to the Eddie Diverter.

Great product from a great team. Have nothing negative to say, all contacts from first enquiry to installation and follow up have been excellent. Installation came sooner than expected and job was done very neatly and quickly. Panels working well and hoping for even more benefits as daylight hours increase.

Installers were fast, efficient and courteous. Great after care as well, checking in regularly to make sure all is well.

Painless experience all in all. Just need sunshine....

Solar power installed my system a few days ahead of schedule. Their installers were professional neat and tidy . They readily made a few positional changes on request. Practical advice such as small repairs to roof tiles was given and coordinated .
The actual system ( presently without battery) is living up to expectations and due to increased rate tariffs I have not actually calculated my savings or payback period . I do know I’m well quids in and the supply and usage app ( My Energy) allows me to make savy on the spot savings .
The company and product are first class.

contacted this company roughly aug/ sept., 2022 by e-mail and received a phone call of a few seconds. So i sent another e-mail complaining that i did not receive any information re-solar panels. A few days later i did receive a call from some young man, who asked me where i lived and postcode. So i was told that my property was not suitable being the roof size and that solar panels would not work due to direction therefore would not generate suitable electricity. I felt it was a brush off and he was not interested. Meanwhile i contacted another company who arranged a survey visit and therefore had solar panels and a battery installed which works quite well so far. My confidence in this company's reps., is zero i would not recommend.

Solar Power were excellent at leading you through the whole process of the installation especially those who installed the panels and the electrician who completed the process and was very patient in explaining the whole process of how the panels work.
I cannot wait to experience the panels at their full potential next year.

I had wanted to get a solar installation for while but was unsure of who to go with. Solarpowerni came across very professional and knowledgeable during the initial assessment of the property and helped me decide on a system that best suited my needs.
Although there was a lead time for parts of a couple of months the customer service I received was excellent and I was constantly kept up to date. Once the parts arrived the installation was very quick and tidy. The installation groups were clearly very experienced and the installation was to a high standard. There was an issue with the smart meter that was installed but once contacted Solarpowerni had an electrician out to replace it within 2 days.
During setup of my panels (5kW), inverter, batteries (7.5kW) and Eddi (for hot water) I was walked through how to setup the app(s) and set rules for my system to better manage the system to get most benefit from it.
I have had the installation running for over a month and everything is working great. I have also received a number of follow up emails from Solarpowerni to see how I am getting on. Great Service!

I had been thinking of solar power for a few years and couldn’t make up my mind. About 4 months ago I requested quotations from different companies. Brian from Solarpower arrived and was very professional, not pushy at all. He talked me through options and when I asked what he would recommend for my home he again explained the what and the why. There is a fantastic warranty on these panels, made in Europe. Fitting was scheduled and I was kept up to date. I think it took just over 3 months from day one. The fitters and electrician were very friendly. Fitting was very neatly done and no mess left behind. I would highly recommend Solarpowerni to anyone thinking of installation. I am looking forward to some brighter days to really see the panels in action!

Our solar + 7.7KW battery installation was finished yesterday, and I'm very happy to pass on this recommendation for Solar Power NI (who themselves came recommended from our heating advisor)

We started the investigation into solar at the end of August. Brian was extremely responsive to our questions over email and he visited the site at the end of September to make sure he understood our needs so that he could design the right system for us.

Installation of the panels happened at the end of November, with a very neat and professional job. The inverter and batteries were installed yesterday, again, a very tidy install. We're looking forward to seeing how the system performs once the weather improves.

SolarPowerNI were excellent and had come through a recommendation by a friend.

The process was very engaging and straight forward - the salesman wasn't pushy and explained everything well (we discussed rather than he explained). The installation team were very professional - it took about 4 hours to install the panels and 8 hours to install the electrics and inverter. The administration team have been very efficient and have communicated well.

Now ... all we need is some bright daylight and sunshine !!!
