I have yet to receive my order and it’s been 3 weeks!

Took my money & never dispatched items, still waiting on refund! Customer service is really poor & no communication with their customers, avoid!!

Clothes were cheap when I tried them on. Earrings came broken.

My order took about 9 days to arrive. The material of the clothes is pretty good for the price you’re paying. The fit of the clothes also fit true to size based on their size guide. Only issue is that the tracking information they provide you with isn’t accurate, so you’re kind of guessing when the package will arrive. Other than that, this shop is legitimate and worth the money!

I am very unsatisfied with the order. For the first time I order from a merchant who is not giving any expected delivery date. Even when I write to support team about that, what I receive is an apology, but again no responsibility about prospect delivery date. If my order is not delivered by tomorrow I won’t be able to pick it as I am leaving the delivery address. I will never shop from Solado again.

The quality is really bad, there are loose threads everywhere and the fabric doesn’t feel like a quality fabric. Sizing is inconsistent, one skirt I ordered is too big for me but shorts are almost too small. Both items were the same size. The first and last time when I order from them.

I ordered two lingerie sets from them. The first one fit great and was super cute. Then I got to the second one. It was a size too small in the bra (I ordered small and recieved XS), and the panties literally didn't have a tag, like the sizing tag on the back of the panties was clearly cut off. Not by me! Why would I cut it off when they sent me a size that doesn't fit anyways? They refused to accept the return even though they were the ones who sent the wrong size plus a thong that seemed to be worn and returned. The whole process was sketchy. Why did they have this thong in the first place if they don't accept lingerie returns? They refused to exchange it. They said they don't do lingerie exchanges, period. So basically if they send you a wrong or faulty lingerie item, there's nothing they will do to fix it. You will be out that money and unable to wear their item. It's very unfortunate considering I believe they have cute and unique styles.

The worst experience with any online shop. Truly disappointed by the quality of the clothing. They fit super small and they arrived 3 days late. Emailed them and said I can get a $30 refund for my order which cost $100+ like W T F No reason for a customer to be paying a return label and having to go through all that hassle to return clothes that don't even fit. They say they're a "small business" and can't pay for return labels when I've shopped multiple small businesses and they have gladly paid for return labels. So annoyed like truly I was better off buying these items on Shein. I will not be purchasing anything from here again. I'm not one to make a big deal out of stuff like this but just the way everything was handled made me very upset. I don't see this shop succeeding in the near future if this is how they're handling their customers and that says a lot. DON'T buy from here i'm %100 sure this a scam

It takes like 2-3 weeks to arrive but it is worth it, quality of the clothes are super nice I love it!

I ordered over 2 months ago and I haven‘t received anything until now. I‘m not even sure if I‘ll ever receive the order or get my money back. Never again!!!!!!

The tops did not look like the pictures. There were missing details in almost all 5 of them. One was supposed to have "glove"-sleeves and it did not even have the wholes for thumbs. Poor quality materials and sizes con't match( especially for bodys).

Quality is really really Bad, not worth the price. Every single piece was fragile and had a bad smell. Returning pieces must be paid by customer to China, so from Germany this is 40 Euro. Never ever will I order again and do not recommend anyone to do so.

At least I received the items from Solado , but I paid extra shipping costs for it to be faster.— It’s very bad quality , the dress seems like it’s about the fall apart after 1 time wearing it , the colors and details on the website are not the same as in real life , I bought a crop top , it’s white on the website and beige in real life . The necklaces I got are also very different in real life than on the website , one of them arrived broken in the package … You can clearly see that they cut the tag inside the dress , which is quite suspicious I think they take all their stock from another brand , cut the tags and re-sell it for more money to make Profits. I think it’s probably coming from Shein , so order from Shein directly instead if you dont wanna get taken advantage of by Solado . Very Shady brand , will never order again.

I loved it. But i want to return the mini dress . I want to return it and buy something else. Come on guys

Im so disappointed at solado. On their website they say that you could do a return. I wanted to do one, because the clothes didn’t look like it did on the picture. The answer I got was “can’t you sell them to a friend?”
I replied that I wanted a return and my money back and I was told that all I could get was a discount code. DO NOT SHOP HERE
