Great Customer Service
I had a wonderful experience with Solace Bands! They made a mistake with my order ( a band was missing) and fixed the issue right away. They answered my email promptly and sent the missing band immediately. I highly recommend this business. They are super friendly and on top of things. The bands are of very good quality, fit perfectly, and are easy to keep clean!

Excellent Customer Service
I’ve placed several orders with Solace and never had an issue. This last time there was a minor mix up with the bands I received being different from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. Rea emailed me right back and told me not to worry that and that they would take care of it. The customer service and communication matches their products in excellence! Love Solace and their products!

I have ordered 8 bands from solace
I have ordered 8 bands from solace. They are great bands - fit well, look sharp, and are easily adjustable. On one order I had to contact customer service for a missing band and it was immediately shipped out. Excellent customer service.
I got two half-bands of different colors
I ordered a blue nylon watchband. The site said I'd also get a "mystery band." Well, OK. But what I got were two half-bands: one blue and one black. Neither has a loop to keep them together. I tried to contact Solace several times by chat and email and included a photo. All I got were the same chatbot questions about whether I know how to use the bands. One live person (I think?) sent me a shot of the packing invoice, which did look like what I ordered, but did not receive. As there is no phone number to call, I guess I'm SOOL. But it would be nice to get a refund since I can't use these two half-bands. Maybe I'll take a trip down to Chandler one of these days.
Ordered 5 bands, only received 3. Very frustrating experience!
I ordered 5 bands for $99.00 and only received three. Once I received them, I tried to contact customer service by phone. No phone number available so I tried to explain the problem via email. I was asked for a copy of the order and then a picture of the 3 I received. I never received the other two.

Poor quality and customer service
I bought a 5-for-3 deal from Solace, and 2 of the bands had problems. They let me keep the damaged bands and gave me a credit for them. That should have been a sign. A few months later I ordered 3 more with my credit. 2 were fine and 1 was the wrong size. I exchanged the 1 for the right size, and they sent me a different band entirely! At this point I asked for a refund, and they are actually going to charge me $3.99 to ship back the band I never ordered in the first place. Solace has quality and customer service issues, and I’m done with them. The 2 stars are for one of the original bands I bought that I get lots of compliments on.

I had an excellent experience with Apple Band Company! I reached out with a couple of questions—specifically whether their bands contain nickel and how to properly wash and care for them. They responded incredibly quickly, with clear and helpful information.
They confirmed that the bands do contain nickel, which I appreciated knowing up front, and they also provided easy washing and care instructions so I can keep the bands looking great.

I inadvertently included an old address when I submitted my Solace band order. I immediately emailed their customer service. Within a few hours, they emailed me and confirmed the shipping address had been updated to the new address. Excellent customer service - thank you so much for the quick assistance!

Great bands but...
I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch so I have limited choices. I got 5-bands bundle of the Outlander Adapt bands. They are very comfortable to wear daily and stays put. It took them about 5 days to deliver.
As for the bands, I did notice that the metal part when the band snaps to does get tarnish within the first week of wearing though. It went from silver color to a overall brushed yellow color and with some tarnished spots appearing on the edges already; so I question the longevity of the metal component of these rather expensive bands. Didn't contact customer service 3 of the 5 bands I've already used have the same issue after a week of usage (I test them out weekly so far) so I don't think an exchange will resolve the problem.
Quick Customer Service & Great Watch Bands
I sent an email to customer service regarding a band that was out of stock to see when it would be restocked as it is a color that I need for my daughter's wedding. I did not expect to hear back the same day but they responded in less than 30 minutes. I have bought several bands from Solace and love them all (perma and perma slim)multiple different color and they are all beautiful. They ship fast, are packaged well with everything you need and the package makes a great way to store the bands,.
The watch and I ordered was too small
The watch I ordered was too small. When I emailed them at 5pm on a Friday night I didn’t expect an answer til Monday. I checked a little later and there was my answer! I excepted an exchange and ordered 4 more bands as the credit was instant. I look forward to the new bands! Thank you for the great service!
