They lose my insurance information…
They lose my insurance information every single month! The they cut me off from services yet again.
As of a few minutes ago I submitted it for the FIFTH TIME. Including the screenshot of my insurance card ON THEIR PORTAL. The data they already have. The data they already verified and have already used to bill my Humana Medicare Advantage PPO about 8 or 10 times and been paid for, which I can see on my Humana Portal.
Though my Advocate is moderately helpful, other than a couple of missed appointments and, no or terrible video connection, so far Solace is causing me more healthcare hassle than they are relieving for me. Clearly they have a serious software & business workflow failure on insurance "verification" though they have no problem billing and getting paid by my insurance!
I'm giving the one last chance but this review stays up no matter what they may do to fix my account, as a data point for others considering Solace Health Advocates.

How can one improve on excellence? Janice Marburger works well with me even when I get a bit cranky and very fatigued by my own health problems. She has a calming manner and then we laugh over something. She’s perfect! 🤩
