Easy to use website with superb selection

Great selection of jeans, helpful for me as I have a prominent bottom and long legs so struggle to find jeans that fit or have the right length. Easy to use website so it is easy to find jeans that will fit you. Also appreciate the say return policy, I am more willing to buy more jeans knowing I can return them easily enough. I also found the 'notice your stylist' points to be very helpful when looking at jeans. All round superb site, lots of jeans in all shapes and sizes and at a fantastic price.

Great service

I ordered the jeans based upon price and availability.

My only criticism is that I didn't know what was happening in the process. I ordered using PayPal and wasn't aware of where I was. I didn't receive any communication advising this. It was my intention to try and contact you or see if the PayPal payment had gone through and then the delivery happened. I can't fault that as it was outstanding. Just better communication would have been useful.

company does not refund the money, be careful

I have ordered goods from SOjeans on 19 Oct 2013, they did not suit me and I sent it back within the week. I have received confirmation by e-mail that goods have been received and refund is to be issued shortly. No refund has been issued still, its 18 December now Since then I have sent a lot of e-males, and phoned customer services every 2-3 days. They have been promising the refund, and still nothing has been done. It is unacceptable ! Its been 2 month. Customer service person who introduced herself as Lisa Leigh keeps promising the refund every other day just to get me off the phone. No replies to my e-males either. Asked to speak with manager- she would not let me. I would never deal with this company again. Please be careful, you may never get your refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They are robbing people. Money has been taken out of my account but there is no sign of jeans being sent out. Yodel never received the parcel. Phones are not being answered - nor are e mails. Yodel said to inform the police

Very unpleasant experience, sojeans does not respond. I want my refund!

On November 10th I bought a jeans from this company. It wasn't in stock anymore, but the website said it could be ordered from their supplier and it would be sent to me within 21 days. For 20 days I did not hear a thing. Then I received an e-mail from kate with a voucher offer: it was going to take 'too long' for the supplier to send them the jeans, so in stead she offered me a voucher + 15 pounds. I declined and asked how long it would take to send me the jeans, since I still really wanted them. And from that moment it went silent. Kate did not respond for 9 days. So I sent her another e-mail saying that if they could not deliver the item I ordered, I wanted a refund. Again, no response.
I googled the company, and started to regret ordering from Sojeans. A lot of people had experienced exactly the same thing, and had tried to get back their money, but Sojeans just did not respond to them in any way. They felt robbed.
This worried me. I sent another e-mail to kate in which I asked why it was taking so long to answer and stating that I wanted a refund. So far she did not answer.

I find shopping with Sojeans a very bad, unpleasant experience and am not planning on doing so again. I would really like to hear something from them and I really just want my money back!

Don't waste your time and money on So Jeans

Really shamefully poor service when I tried to return an item. Kate, the customer service manager at So Jeans, speaks poor English which makes her messages difficult to understand, and she appeared to offer me conflicting advice relating to my item. There were big delays between messages (I had to chase her twice for a response, and am still waiting for a response to a subsequent message even now). Overall, I found the service totally unacceptable - and they have the nerve to keep e-mailing me with their offers and deals! My advice is to avoid So Jeans at all cost - there are plenty of other retailers out there without having to waste your time (and money) on So Jeans.

Quick, cheaper and no hassle!

I found a pair of Pepe Jeans on this site that I had been looking for for months elsewhere, and they were £20 cheaper than any other site I could find. The communication was as expected from an online company and delivery was as quick as it possibly could have been, seeing as it was delivered from France. I had used the £10 off voucher and decided to go for the £10 DHL delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
