Perfect! Hopefully again

I registered with sojeans after finding a pair of jeans that I had been looking for for ages. The transaction was simple and the items arrived quickly!

I've placed an order on Sojeans, and a few days after the parcel was at my home ! I bought a pair of jeans and a sweater, everything looked exactly as in the website.

It seems that vouchers aren't activated until the customer contacts the support by phone. This number cannot be found on the website!

sent a shirt back on the 21st august almost 2 weeks later still no refund,hopefully will hear something soon

I purchased a pair of G-Star jeans, style attic low. the jeans I received are not correct and wear like a pair of hipsters a woman would wear. I know there is a problem with them as I already own two pairs of same size & style and they both fit fine. when i compare the my new jeans from so jeans to the two pair I already own you can see the difference, so i'm not sure if this is a deliberate attempt by G-star to save on denim or if the jeans are fake or if they were rejected at quality control but still made to market anyway.

now I'm not sure who to criticise, so jeans or G-Star for poor quality control as the material seem to be 1" short between the crotch and waist.

I will NEVER use Sojeans in UK.

your products is not too good quality but good and i believe service and communication excellent. I think so jeans need to arrange more Highly brand quality products.

The postcode on my delivery was incorrect, however even after 3 calls I am still no further. Is it really this difficult? Yodel refuse to allow me to collect my parcel and Sojeans represenatives claim they'll have my details updated and forwarded to Yodel but this is yet to happen. I don't think i'll be a returning customer!

I ordered a shirt in a couple of sizes. They arrived within a week, although my house number / name was missing from the address label so it was only down to the great memory of the courier that I actually got the package.

I've returned one shirt - the returns process is simple, and nice that it's free returns.

All in all, other than the missing part of the address, it was a good service and I'd use sojeans again.

Ordered 3 pair of Diesel jeans on the 06/06/14, got emails saying there would be slight delay in delivery. Waited and waited the got an email saying they were sending one of the pairs of jeans in two days which was not good because i was just on my way to work offshore. They arrived 08/07/14 and were tiny, phoned to complain and got some woman who could barely speak english and was informed that i couldnt get a refund just an exchange even though it was not my fault they delivered them late. I cancelled the two other pairs i was waiting for and have left this feedback. Very disappointed
