Ordered two pair of shoes on 31-07 at Soho Grit. Decided to keep one pair and return the other. The pair I kept is really nice and fits perfect. I returned the other pair on 02-08 and it took until 22-08 to arrive finally. It then should take a max of 10 working days to refund the money. On 08-09 I aksed by mail why I still had no refund. They told me it would be processed as a matter of urgency. Now on 10-09 I still haven’t received my refund. This is more then a month between me sending my return…. Really upset about the return process.

Update 12/9: Finally got my refund. 4/5 for me now. Love the shoe but sad the return process took so long.

We had a size too small, within a week we had received the correct size.

To begin with, I ordered a pair of shoes but went on to not receive these. I got in touch with the customer support team and got help from Vincent.

I am very happy with the help that I received from Vincent from customer support. He helped me get to the bottom of my problem and stuck with me the whole way through until I received my new order and I could not be happier.

One of my favourite pairs of sneakers! Next level quality up there with Dior and Offwhite etc. also super comfy as an all day wear!

These shoes have a very classic and elegant look, I love the color, and the build quality is just outstanding. I love how they fit and how they feel on my feet. They are comfortable, and you can wear them all day long.

I've had these shoes for a few weeks and I couldn't be happier. The leather is very soft and supple, the fit is snug and they are incredibly light. I love the simple design and clean look of the shoes.

Ok chapeau for Soho grit they DID REFUND me my money. I was very mad at first because I couldn’t reach them after sending the shoes back (they were too large), and didn’t receive the refund at first. After complaining a lot on social they reached out and refunded the money. The shoes are nice, but take one size smaller than normal.

I ordered shoes back in November 2021, while it stated 'True to size' on the website. Have returned the shoes in time when receiving them in January for a size down. Since Jan 27 2022 the Shoes are received by Soho Grit, but now 2 months later no refund, or shoes in exchange. Have sent 5-6 emails already, not receiving any replies.

In addition, I had to pay 36 euro's in customs, which was not mentioned while ordering. As it stand they still owe me money or shoes, but reading the other reviews I don't expect them to help out. Will seek out legal action where possible.

Never buy here.

Honestly terrible.

My order arrived 3 weeks late and I had to chase them twice. When it arrived the shoes were about 2 sizes too big, despite their website saying "true to size". I then had to chase them for a return three times. When they provided me with a return label I sent the shoes back and have still not received a refund even though it has been nearly a month since I returned them.
