i love working with dealer track i will still give them 5 stars but the new update is not good at all i rather have the old update way way better .
For the esign it was easier to use the drop menu to send the lenders documents as of proof of income and title and bill of sale etc
also for when we put the application you guys added more options for the car that no dealership will be using and we have to fill it out

Software Advice used to be satisfactory. That is no longer the case. Of the last 4 leads I've paid for, not one of them would take or return a call or respond to an email.
Are they all flakes or is Software Advice creating fake leads. They charge premium price for what is worthless.

Software Advice was a true find. We were looking to contract with a CRM+ system for our performing arts non-profit that we could afford and found the choices daunting or too expensive. We’ve been using Software Advice as a paid lead generation service to connect with in-market buyers of HR and Payroll software for over a decade. While our experience has always been a bit of a love-hate relationship, the past eight months have marked a noticeable decline in service quality.
Recently, they’ve changed their lead validation criteria, resulting in a significant increase in lead volume—which means we’re paying considerably more. Unfortunately, this has come at the expense of lead quality, which has dropped sharply. As a result, our return on investment has deteriorated dramatically.
Attempts to reach our account representative have gone unanswered. Similarly, support inquiries are met with automated responses citing “a high volume of support tickets,” with no meaningful follow-up.
At this point, our only recourse is to share these concerns publicly on this review platform, in the hope that it prompts a response—or at the very least, helps others make a more informed decision.

Impatient and dismissive.
When filling out your form for information request, one page asks to schedule a phone call; something i did not do, but your company still felt it was appropriate to call within seconds to ask the same questions i had just completed via your form.
If i wanted to speak with someone on the phone, at that moment, i would have chosen the option to be called within the next five minutes.
Beyond that, your employee was immediately dismissive of my inquiry, upon hearing my job title, going so far as to say "when the decision makers" reach out, only then would he put forth the effort.
I work for a renowned, luxury textile distributor with fabrics in world-famous hotels, casinos, restaurants and even the White House, despite there only being about 10 employees, total. Though I've been here for about 3 years, now, and have the title of "administrator," I am directly under ownership. i negotiate with UPS/FedEx and influence the standard operating procedures.
I should expect an apology in the form of the desired information sent via email. thank you.

We went ahead and setup a lead generation agreement with them and they fed us useless leads and charged us thousands on our credit cards automatically, regardless of how many times we objected, asked them to stop and tried to escalate. It's really a scam operation, stay away.
Update: We thank Software Advice for acknowledging the issue, but we're still waiting for a resolution.
