The vendors that were recommended for our consideration of a low-code QMS platform ALL received clear needs as I described and prompted great Q&A in our initial meetings. I now have two pending videos already, and consider this well ahead of schedule, critical for my short timeline!

They listed my company

They listed my company, then tried to sell me paid space. When I didn't respond due to lack of interest, they removed my company from the listing. I don't recommend it. Waste of time.

What a joke show

What a joke show! After having trouble connecting with someone, we got clear on exactly what I wanted, which was an e-mail marketing platform. Instead, I started getting emails for project management apps. I wrote and pointed out the mistake, but never got acknowledgement, or more importantly, any guidance about email platforms.

The response time was amazing

The response time was amazing, I had vendors contacting me that day. There are so many payroll providers, and Software Advice narrowed it down to 5 who met my company's specific needs. And they didn't stop at giving recommendations, they provided info on what to ask, how to evaluate, and how to make the case to my Company President. I really wish I had known about Software Advice last year, before I made the switch to a vendor who turned out to be unsatisfactory.

Very helpful, they gave me recommendations on 4 App's based on our business and our needs. They also sent my contact information to the 4 vendors and explained what we were looking for the App to do for our company.

I was looking for a new solution and…

I was looking for a new solution and scheduled an appt for the following day. In the meanwhile, I connected with my boss and we picked a solution late in the evening. I did receive the scheduled call in the morning, I thanked the sales rep only to be told "thanks for wasting my time". There will come a time when I will need this type of service. I will NEVER work with a company who treats people this way!

I was looking for the best software to service our property management company and they were very helpful and considerate of my time and requests. They set me up with a few selected companies and I found the perfect fit within a few days of my searching. Definitely worth the time.

Thorough, diligent and numerous providers to present.

They had a number of companies available for comparison to the company we were already using. They contacted each of these companies, each of whom contacted me for a brief, mutual, assessment, then they set up a session for me to see the software working and to ask any questions I might have. Finally, we decided to stay with the company we had, but now we know this was the best choice for our current situation.
