We hired the mini mover package for my daughter’s 1st birthday and couldn’t recommend it enough. The company contacted us to see if an earlier delivery would be convenient which meant she had a day extra to play, the slide was a huge hit! Easily fit the soft play into the car boot to transport to the party and all the kids loved it. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.

I had a very smooth experience with Soft Play In a Box. We hired the Adventurer package for my little girl's first birthday party. We had booked for a Thursday delivery even though the party wasn't until Sunday but it came on Wednesday which gave us one extra day to try and get baby girl used to everything - Yay!. Delivery and pick up went smoothly. Such great value for money. The children had a blast. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had a brilliant experience with Soft Play in a Box for our daughter’s first birthday. The booking process was seamless, and we really appreciated the extra days over the bank holiday weekend. The equipment arrived in excellent condition, and the clear packing instructions made everything stress-free. When there was a small hiccup with the initial delivery, Charlotte was incredibly helpful and resolved it on the same day. All the kids loved the setup—such a great idea for a party. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I rented one of the smaller soft plays for my son’s 1st birthday party and it did not disappoint!! This was stress free just what you need when organising kids parties, even getting to me before my chosen day, this didn’t come with any extra fees, just less to worry about! Easy to unbox and super easy to put together, even comes with a little pump for the bunnies. Everything was clean and ready to go! All the kids loved it. Sending back was hassle free, re box and send off with the courier. AMAZING! Definitely will be using these again in the future and I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my little boys birthday something to remember for everyone.

Found Soft Play In A Box while searching on Google. What a fab company and great concept. Delivery and collection was smooth with one hour time slots given. We had the soft play for 3 nights which made it very cost effective and meant my son could enjoy the soft play after his party. The soft play itself was exceptionally clean, it looked practically brand new. Easy to pack away ready for collection. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Could not have went better for my son’s 1st Birthday party. Everything arrived with plenty time to spare, all the equipment was spotless and set up/packing was made really simple by helpful guides provided. The team were on hand for any questions I sent over social media. Amazing service, would recommend and use again. All of the kids loved it and used it, from 6 months to 6 years old.

The soft play equipment was clean and of high quality and very easy to put together. It was delivered before the event and collect as stated after the event. DPD delivered and collected they were outstanding too.
I needed to amend my order slightly and this was no problem. Once again thank you it is very rare these days to get such service.

This was the perfect thing to have in place for my one year olds first birthday party. The kids loved the ball pit and climbing around. It's so hard to think of what to do when they are so little but this was perfect. Delivery came a day early so we were lucky to be able to enjoy it for no extra cost for an extra day. The communication was brilliant and I loved how the boxes had stickers on to show you what went in what box as after 4 days I'm not sure I would have remembered!

Such an easy process to book. Got emails in the week leading up to the date to let us know about delivery and links on how to pack away once finished. They booked DPD to pick it up which was also really smooth. The kids absolutely loved the soft play and we will definitely book again. Thank you

Rented soft play in a box for our daughter's 1st birthday. I was unsure what to expect but have been delighted by the whole experience. We received regular updates on the delivery on our box, (which was sent early at no extra charge!) including when there was a small delay with DPD. The set up was quick and easy, and the equipment was in great condition. The kids had a fantastic time, it kept them occupied all day and the parents were so impressed. I was dreading packing it all back into the boxes but the diagrams and instructions made it so easy, and DPD picked it up within a 1 hour window. Fantastic! Will definitely use again.

I booked online for my child’s 1st birthday and was a bit nervous because it sounded too good to be true, but the service was incredible.

When delivery was delayed, Charlotte stepped in and went above and beyond in a way I’ve never experienced. She tracked the boxes herself, kept me updated throughout, chased couriers, labelled the parcels as urgent for a very important child’s birthday, and even explored arranging a taxi from the warehouse to get them to us.
Even though the delay was completely out of their control, they extended our hire free of charge, which honestly meant everything. Having the soft play at home for longer meant my daughter could use it every single day. She learned to climb safely, go up and down the steps, climb in and out of the ball pit confidently, and by the end she was doing it all independently, even the slide!

All that extra movement and confidence strengthened her muscles so much that she took her first steps just before the New Year. We now have a climber and a walker, and I truly believe that having that extra time to learn and explore at her own pace thanks to SoftPlayInABox, played a huge role in that milestone.

What really stood out was how much Charlotte genuinely cared. This wasn’t generic customer service it was so thoughtful, personal and kind, Thank you so much to Charlotte and the team, you are amazing!

Hired soft play in a box for my son’s 1st birthday party and they did not disappoint! Good communication with DPD for delivery and collection times! Very helpful with the boxes as they’re a little big!
Set it all up for my sons party it was clean and very well packed also came with instructions to pack the soft play back up so it all fit perfectly!
I got the ball pit (also with personalisation) 2 ride on toys, step and slide, crawl through tunnel, the rest of the soft play blocks to build with and the floor mats as well. All of my family and friends children absolutely loved it and most importantly the birthday boy he was in his element! I paid £160 and that was including personalised ball pit (writing on the front) had it for 4 days they collect and pick back up! Very very pleased! Thankyou so so much!! Will be using again!

We hired soft play for our daughter’s 1st birthday party at home. She absolutely loved it and had the best time. It was perfect for keeping the babies entertained and the pastel colours looked so pretty too! It’s great that we had it for a few days before the party so she got to play with it beforehand and get lots of use out of it! Communication was great throughout and the collection and delivery of it was hassle free. It was so easy to assemble and to pack away again! Would definitely recommend and will be using soft play in a box again in the future!

This was the highlight of my kid's party, every child enjoyed the soft play. I can't praise enough the customer service as Charlotte was very hands-on resolving logistics issues. Will definitely hire again in the future.

Excellent experience all round, delivery and pickup was easy, and the soft play was clean, colourful and exactly what we wanted. All the kids loved it at the party and my two really enjoyed having it for an extra day afterwards. All the instructions were clear and the whole experience was seamless. Thank you!

A great experience - the children really loved it and we will be booking again. I struggled to repack all the items into the boxes and mentioned to the company and Charlotte responded very promptly, explaining that they had sent an email with instructions on how to pack, I just hadn't read it! Totally my fault but I will remember for next time!

Wow, what a fantastic service. We hired the bear package for our sons first birthday. It was so easy to book and not much more money than those who only lend out for the day. We had some issues with DPD both delivering and collecting the soft play so Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly for us and was so friendly the entire time. The equipment was extremely clean and well maintained. The babies absolutely adored it! I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone.
