The sales advisor was great, knowledgeable a very helpful

Ameet was friendly and professional explaining all of our options and allowed us as much time as we needed to browse the store and make our choice.
We really liked the store layout and there was no pressure sales.
Loved the large swatches which really helped with colour choice.

We was promptly served by Rob in the Thurrock branch. He was fantastic at guiding us to what would be suitable for our home, pros and cons of materials for our day to day needs and thoroughly explained all aspects of the sofa in detail. We are very thankful for his help!!

The choice and selection was helpful at the store and the staff were helpful, friendly, professional but not too pushy. The advice given about the finance and payment was incorrect and poor. Logging onto the account on the finance company's website is also poor and slow. You will pay a deposit and at least two monthly payments before you receive your furniture. If you make a large payment it reduces the length of your credit agreement not the monthly payments which was contrary to the advice given b6 the store.

The store has a versatile range of beautiful sofas. We were served by Steve who was brilliant. He was very patient, explained everything so well, answered all our questions and made sure what we were purchasing was fitting our needs. Overall a great experience and we would certainly recommend a visit to this store before deciding upon sofas.

Jon was very courteous and helpful. We appreciate that he allowed us to look around rather than hound us in comparison to other furniture shops. Once asked to assist, he was very help and has an old school approach to reaching an agreement
