Mohan from the Slough branch was very friendly , helpful and professional , he did not rush us and was genuine.

We have been to Sofology several times as we wanted to make sure we made the right decision. Each time we have visited the Slough store the staff were excellent. They weren’t pushy and let us browse but were on hand the moment we needed them. Today we bought our furniture and Garry was extremely patient and helpful

Professional, laid back, no hard sell, relaxed atmosphere and thankfully NO PUSHY SALES PERSON trying to make a hard sell.

Sofa not arrived within the twelve weeks, tried to ring spoke to a very argumentative man who put the phone down on me. Hope you had recorded the phone call as he refused to give me his name!!!!

Mohan made the experience buying a new sofa easy , he let me browse the store, then came back , once I had chosen the sofa I wanted . Told me everything from care of my new sofa ,to price , etc , and to what to expect in the coming weeks to receiving the sofa overall a very easy experience at Sofology , ( I was initially heading to DFS , im very glad I didnt)

Dealt with promptly and a very friendly manner. No pressure to make a purchase or change our mind. Could not have been dealt with any better.

Calm quick collective

Unlike other sofa stores you go into, we were left alone to browse rather than followed and spoken to every minute about their products. We were politely acknowledged and left to browse until we were ready to ask questions. We found a sofa we really liked and then the sales team were quick and efficient with processing our order which will be ready hopefully within 2 weeks. We needed a quick delivery due to moving house. We were in store less than an hour. Excellent

Helpful, easy and uncomplicated

The whole team was really helpful. There was no pressure selling at all. Sunil and Simeon were very helpful.

All done with ease in store. Just waiting on call for delivery date.. be intersting to see if the 14 day promise is kept (fingers crossed)
