Both Gary and Luke at Deepdale Preston were so helpful, they gave really good advice and were patient when me and my mum were making decisions/changing our mind. They weren’t pushy in any way which made the shopping experience a very relaxing and pleasant one. Can’t recommend Gary and Luke enough, both so friendly and welcoming. Thank you both very much, the best customer experience I’ve had for a while

Great experience! Visited the Preston and Middlebrook stores and both gave great customer service, when we went back to order in Preston, Amanda W was brilliant! Really helpful and patient, supplied us with coffee and even moved around different arm chairs so we could see some mixed and matched together, the order process was really thorough and followed up with helpful email confirmations, delivery was great and the sofa looks, feels and fits perfectly!
My only gripe, but is with all furniture places is for the amount of money you spend, disposal of old furniture should be free/included

When we explained our dimension limitations, he was able to show us options that would be suitable and he was also really kind to our little boy

Russ was really helpful and made the whole experience so easy and efficient. He gave us all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable and was very friendly!

We were looked after by Russ who welcomed us and even got us tea and biscuits 😀 He introduced himself, gave us direction and left us to roam checking in from time to time. Once we had decided what we were interested in he gave us all the information we needed and helped us make the right choice. A very pleasant afternoon spent, no rush or pressure with friendly and helpful service. We can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive 😀

Great customer service by Luke at Preston

My partner and I visited the store at Deepdale Retail Park in Preston to look for a new sofa. We weren't put under any pressure to buy and found the staff extremely helpful (particularly Luke, who was brilliant).

Great experience today at Preston with Russ after a terrible experience at SCS. Russ was polite, greeted and directed us to what we were looking for and let us wander freely but with a good balance of checking in with us to see if we needed anything. For a stress and hassle free shopping experience I would definitely recommend Sofology.

No pressure given all the time we needed and helped through the process very professionally.

There was no pressure from the sales team, we were greeted and left to our own devices to wander the store. Until we had some questions and the staff were very helpful.
We tried a few Sofa’s out for comfort and decided on the one we were happy with. The sales men even carried the larger footstool down from up stairs so we could see how it looked against our chosen sofa.
Our order was dealt with efficiently with no pressure to add on any of the care products, overall a great smooth experience.
