Fantastic service from Kevin H. He was very patient with us as we were very indecisive. He was very friendly and also good with our two kids. Great store and lots of choice.

Fantastic service, Mia and Cyril were both extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions, check sizes, deliberate options without feeling under pressure, in fact the whole approach was to make sure we got the right thing for us. Found this a very refreshing approach compared to other shops we had been in where the sale seemed to be the priority.

We visited twice and got great service both times. No pressure to buy, just genuine offers of help and advice.
When we returned ready to make a purchase, Andy took his time talking us through all options, again no pressure, no rush, no up-selling. A really wonderful experience, thank you Andy!

We were approached by Kev on our arrival, who was very welcoming and friendly, what I did like was he introduced himself and said if we need any help just to give him a shout. No pressure buying from him fantastic, we went on to order our sofa, so look forward to it being delivered.

Cyril great with our daughter & goes on about him all the time & how friendly he was! Wrote her a little note about starting school in August. Lovely touch! Cant wait for new couch have previously bought from this store 6 years ago only reason getting a new sofa is because moving house otherwise absolutely nothing wrong with the sofa stayed in great condition despite having baby/toddler mess!

I visited here at the weekend and was supported by Rachel in the store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made something I was quite stressed about feel so easy. I was so grateful for how I was made to feel, excited for my new sofa now. Would recommend, she could not have been more helpful. Outstanding service.

We went into the glasgow store initially just to look around but with half an intention to buy, Cyril was exceptionally helpful without being pushy, we had all the time in the world to sit and try the sofas. We went back later that day to look again. We eventually went home and ordered online as Cyril had put the sofa we wanted into our basket. Lets see how the sofa is when it arrives. I have heard good things so not worried at all.
