Kev was great
Kev was great. Very knowledgeable. No hard sell and nobody falling us around which is a big No! for me. Disappointed spending over £3000 and was advised that we had to buy the upholstery cleaning kit! Very poor Sofology!

Just to clarify, these kits are completely optional and are offered as an additional care product to help maintain your furniture over time. Outstanding Service from Sirwan at Sofology
We recently visited Sofology looking for a new suite and had a really positive experience thanks to Sirwan Bakir.
He was patient, understanding and never once made us feel pressured. Choosing a suite can be a difficult decision with so many options, but Sirwan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped guide us through everything in a relaxed and professional way.
Excellent customer service from start to finish and a credit to the store. Thanks again Sirwan for making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Great experience
I would definitely recommend Sofology we had a wonderful experience and Cyril couldn’t do enough for us. He explained everything and took time to go over everything with us in detail nothing was a problem for him. Highly recommend

First day and first sale
The new lady (can’t remember her name) was telling me to follow my instincts and was so nice and not pushy at all. She was very kind, caring and approachable and was so happy to be her first customer.

I had a very positive experience in your Paisley store. Given time to view products but I already knew what I wanted. No pushy sales just given information that was useful. Salesman (Kev) really helped me with ordering the configuration I needed. I’m waiting on my sofa but aware of timeframes and helpful information is in the mysofology website when I sign in.

Sofa purchase.
It was good to be allowed to wander round the store trying out various sofas and not be hassled.
When I saw sofa I was interested in the sales person was so helpful answering all the questions I had about the different fabrics I could choose from.
