Staff were great, showroom lovely.. and it is for that that I give the four stars….i would have given less if not for these factors.
Why? Because if I spend £7k on a soda suite I expect a lot more than “it will be with you in AROUND 11 weeks”, I want an update on each and every component of the suite whenever i want. This is 2026, the consumer expects and deserves more.
While we’re at it, free uplift of an old suite should be offered once you are spending over a certain amount.

Spent nearly £4000 on a suite and was already baubling after 3 months! Advised this was "normal" wear and tear and to use a bauble or fuzz remover!. Also have a cuddle seat which after a few months, it was not giving much cushoning and could feel the base through cushion. Was advised that this "cuddle" chair was for one person and that you need to be sitting in the middle and not at the side hence the reason you could feel the hard base when sitting. . My last suite last me over 20 yearss old was still in great condition. This sofa looks 20 years old and have only had it for under 2 years, o paid for the protection, but thats no use for wear and tear!!! Definately not value for money and no longevity in my suite. At this rate will need tp buy another replacement whilst still paying this one off.

We took our time and Desmond checked on us regularly. We did find the sizes and colour of couches we needed to replace our very old ones. Desmond was extremely helpful and informed us of the process throughout. We are now awaiting delivery of our new couches in the alloted time. Looking forward to it. Thank you.

The whole experience was very positive. Leanne the assistant was very helpful and informative and didn't use the hard sell at any point. My only negative was the high cost of delivery for what was an already expensive purchase of £2,600. I would have expected some kind of discount for such a costly purchase.

I had already received my new sofa and was delighted with it so decided to purchase the matching chair so went back to the store to order it and was looked after by Desmond yet again in the Glasgow, London Road store who was is a very friendly helpful and efficient member of your staff

Couch meant to be with me 8th of may, which keeps getting delayed. Anytime I phone up it’s delayed another week which hasn’t updated on the app. No updates telling me which I think is very poor service.
