The staff were extremely helpful. My elderly uncle had a strict criteria regarding size etc and the customer advisor absolutely nailed it! She found us a perfect fit for my uncle.
She was very patient with him & made him smile which quickly put him at ease!
I cannot thank her enough for all her help & advice. We had a lovely experience & would highly recommend sofology.

Purchase of chair to match sofa…
I had already received my new sofa and was delighted with it so decided to purchase the matching chair so went back to the store to order it and was looked after by Desmond yet again in the Glasgow, London Road store who was is a very friendly helpful and efficient member of your staff

Couch meant to be with me 8th of may, which keeps getting delayed. Anytime I phone up it’s delayed another week which hasn’t updated on the app. No updates telling me which I think is very poor service.

Matt the Sales Person
My sales person Matt was very genuine and helpful. He was supportive but not pushy and guided me to the best material and colour to suit use and lifestyle. He was very friendly and made the whole process very easy from start to finish.

Lovely sofa
Lovely sofa. not cheap but you get what you pay for. Delivery was great. Communication clear and transparent. 3rd sofa for me and will use again.

Great experience had at London Road Sofology in Glasgow. Matt looked after us and completed our visit swiftly and without issue. He was also very patient with my 6-year-old daughter.

Enjoyable Visit
