Appalling customer service. No updates available on delayed delivery.
Could be improved by easy access to track delivery.
Staff in the store are lovely and helpful when making a purchase. But once the purchase is complete there is no communication with the supplier around problems with delivery.

Best sofa company in Croydon
From start to finish my experience with this company was A*.
I had already seen what I wanted prior to purchasing my sofa but needed to understand more about the payment offers. This was explained to me and I was completely satisfied with the decision that I’d made.
A salesman is a salesman and they do what sales men do, but I never felt forced or rushed to make a decision. I was given the time that I needed and I appreciate that.
The store in itself is very clean and very well supported. Each section was delightfully decorated and gave me a few ideas for myself. The amount of choice you have is fantastic. It’s like candy in a sweet shop.
I really enjoyed my experience. So I definitely purchased my sofas from Sofology Croydon and I’m looking forward to their delivery in the early part of next year.

Umat is A Gem
Umat is a genuine customer service representative and we appreciate him. He greeted us when we entered the door with a smile and gave us time to peruse the products. When we found what we wanted he took us around and showed us some similar items so we couls get a feel and when we made our decision he sat with us and sold us some more options and discussed particulars like insurance and care products. This is what you need in a business, its not only about thw sale but making time for the customer no matter how long it takes. He did not rush us and ai appreciate that.
