The piece is more beautiful in person than in pictures. It also arrived about 10 days earlier than expected. It was very well packaged, there was no chance of it getting damaged during shipment.

Your site advertised the sofa I wanted…

Your site advertised the sofa I wanted as in stock, allowed me to order it and then contacted me that it was out of stock indefinitely. Why don’t you delete items which are no longer available and save everyone a lot of time, not to say frustration.

This company fails to show what they…

This company fails to show what they are really selling in the pictures and are deceiving on their comments of the pictures they show, I looked up to buy a kitchen table and chairs set, I believed it was taking me to the whole set I hit the button for a "set" to purchase and it showed a whole set. To my surprise when it arrived there was only a table. When I called their number which was almost impossible to find no one answered the phone when the delivery guys brought to my home late in the evening and I caught the mix up. The delivery guy tried to reach someone and no one answered. They were not very accommodating to their customers and pretty much brushed me off. They said they were good doing it that way and wouldn't come and pick it up. They told me I will have to figure out how to get it back to them and pay for the return. The man who delivered it said he lived close to me and was on his way home that night. They aren't a credible company or they would have tried to work with me.

I purchased the wall mount with fireplace

I purchased the T.V. wall entertainer with fireplace and never received the fireplace, and when I got the entertainment wall mount at different times it came in 2 to 3 separate days. I still haven't got the fireplace, so no im not happy with this company wont be ordering nothing else. No one tried to fix the issue.

Really Came through for me

I wanted something very specific and I was only able to find it at Sofafair. I also had a very small window where I was in town to accept the delivery. Sofafair was able to accommodate my requests, delivering on the 3rd business day from order. Much sooner than was quoted. I really appreciated their response and service.

I ordered a glass curio cabinet

I ordered a glass curio cabinet, first of all the shipping company that they use(Estes) are very unprofessional, they didn’t want to help me load it, secondly when I got the cabinet home and started to put it together the glass was broke, and then the wood area had a crack in it. I reached out to the shipping company and they didn’t want to do anything, they told me to get in touch with Sofa Fair, and when they emailed me they said, “how do we know it’s broke”, I guess the picture wasn’t enough, they offered me $50 that I’m still waiting on. I believe it was put in the box broken because it was packed in foam, and the foam was still in tact. I had never ordered a piece of furniture online before, and I don’t think I will again especially from these guys. The $50 that I was offered will have to go towards repair if I receive it. Ordering online is a gamble

Awesome

Awesome! We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our bed arrived in excellent condition, packaged extremely well and the quality is impressive. The only downside was that the shipping took much longer than expected, but given that it was during the holiday season, weather conditions across the country were sketchy and it is during the pandemic I would not hold that against anyone.

I got no communication from you even…

I got no communication from you even though you took my money. There was no tracking information sent to me until I asked for it. It took us 24 days to get our delivery.

Customer service was very helpful and provided me with shipping information by calling me personally and shipping personal was fast and communicative with me.. I am now enjoying a beautiful dresser at a great price.. thank you.
