I made an appt for 24 April and went to the shop where I was greeted by Dominic- he must have the patience of a saint. I knew the sofa I wanted but in the space of an hour I changed the order maybe 10 times as I couldn't decide on the colour. Finally decided on the colour. I got home, waited 5 days with swatch of the colour made second appt for 1 May, went again and another later left happy with a new colour, came home, looked at swatch and changed mind again. Finally on 2 May, settled on a colour and happy and bought complimentary colours to make cushion covers. Can't wait to get my sofa and footstool! Thank you Dominic and Greg

Really amazing service from start to finish. The quality of the sofa is amazing and the colour is better than what I imagined. The delivery people were also amazing and took great care while coming into the property.

I'm really happy with my new sofa's. Sofa bed is really quick and easy to set up and super comfortable. Great quality materials and good prices. The communication was impressive from start to finish (ordered 21th Feb and delivered 11th March) and the delivery was on time and everything was set up and demonstrated before they left. Fantastic experience and I'd definitely recommend.

The Mocca King Size Corner Sofa Bed is incredibly comfy both as an everyday sofa and as a proper bed for nightly sleep. It genuinely feels like a real bed, not a compromise. The build quality feels solid and supportive, and the mechanism is smooth and easy to use.
One section arrived faulty, but their customer service was excellent. A replacement was ordered and installed within a week. The team made sure everything was reinstalled correctly and checked that the same problem wouldn’t reappear. Overall, I’m very impressed and would happily recommend Sofa Bed Expert for both comfort and after‑sales support.

Delivery was a bit later than initially advised, but once it arrived the guys put it together where I wanted it quickly and with no mess left behind. They showed me how to fold the bed out and made sure I was happy before they left. Happy with the service and sofa bed!

Great company to deal with, quality product and quick delivery

Wanted a new sofa bed that was comfortable as both sofa and bed. I have chronic pain from spinal damage and as a sofa, even I find it more comfortable than any others.
My youngest is 6'8" and says its so comfortable that he kept it as a bed for the whole weekend.
My eldest and his partner said it gave great support and a good sleep.
Converted to a bed, it doesn't impact on space much, so it can access all the lounge.
Very pleased with the whole service. Delivery team were very pleasant, fast at assembly and demonstrated clearly.

Great, first rate quality, comfortable, solid. Conversation to a bed is a simple, one movement operation. No camper bed flimsy framework, it’s a solid comfortable bed to sleep on.
Certainly not a cheap option, but you most certainly get what you pay for.
