I just love my new sofa bed
I was worried ordering online but the quality is beautiful and it looks stylish also
And comfortable.

Great service and quality, and for the price you pay, the sofabeds from Sofa bed expert are fantastic value. Solidly built, lovely actions that give you confidence in their construction, quality thick fabrics and beautiful, firm uppholstery. I'm highly satisfied with the one we bought, and if we needed another, I'd go back to Sofa Bed Expert for it, honest. the staff are very friendly (we bought online and were impressed by their politeness and availability. I was able to phone them even on a Saturday and got the manager on the end of the line. Such a rare thing tospeak to real people these days. Highy recommended.

Overall pleased with our new sofa bed, that was not the problem. The problem was the delivery, not a good experience. We ordered the sofa bed, and heard nothing for weeks. I then rang the company for any updates, to which I was told the item had been handed over to the delivery company. They would be in touch soon. This didn’t happen. After several more calls to the Sofa bed company, I was told the item was up in Scotland ! I was then informed the sofa would be taken back to the manufacturer, and they would arrange a delivery. I was promised they would give me a footstool for the inconvenience we had suffered over the 4 or 5 weeks. We are still waiting for the footstool. Quite disappointed with the Customer Service.

Great sofa ,great service !

The design of a bed that makes into a sofa rather than the other way around makes this a comfortable king size bed that folds into a comfortable sofa/ chaise. This is a much better solution than a put-you-up sofa that makes a small double bed.
The bed is modular allowing a left or right ended chaise sofa and at the same time provides an imense amount of storage for bedding, pillows etc.
The delivery man was most helpful transporting the bed to the second floor without comment. 10/10

From Start to finish we have been very impressed, Gregg was superb and answered to any queries I had before purchasing and there was no pressure at all unlike other Salesman.
He understood my reasons of purchasing one and advised best to what I should go for. The bed is very comfortable for everyday use.
I was kept informed of the delivery and the delivery man were prompt and very courteous during installation.
I am very impressed and would highly recommend anyone wanting a comfortable Sofabed without any fuss to get in touch with Sofabedexperts.

I did a fair amount of research before taking the plunge with sofa bed expert, first time buying a piece of furniture without seeing it and relying only on internet reviews but I am very glad we did, I completed the order by phone which was very smooth, the delivery took place videos the initial estimate and the drivers turned up as arranged, it would have been handy if they had taken the packaging away but we were not on site to ask them so I won’t count that as a negative, that also meant we had to assemble the sofa bed ourselves but as it just slots together that was no problem, the sofa is used daily and after a few months has held up very well to grandchildren bouncing and it gets used as a bed every weekend , I have yet to sleep on it myself but my wife and grandson both seem very happy. All in all, a great product and buying experience

Great communication, excellent service and a lovely sofa bed at a good price!
We were looking for a corner sofa bed that could turn into a King Size and found sofa bed expert after a bit of online searching for suitable options.
From the moment we ordered sample fabrics, we were impressed by the service and communication from this company. They sent the fabric samples out very quickly and included envelopes to return them in - such a good idea to re-use sample packs like this!
When we had a query about a certain fabric, we reached out to the online chat function on the website and had an immediate and very helpful reply to help us to choose a fabric.
The price was already competitive but we also benefited from a sale reduction plus a free footstool in the same fabric.
We also asked some questions to help us decide between the normal and the mini version and were told the sofa could be adapted so that it had the seating and sleeping dimensions of the normal version but the arm width of the mini version to make the overall size a little smaller in our space.
We placed the order and the sofa was ready for delivery just over a week later!
Delivery was organised in a way to suit us - an evening delivery was arranged so no need to book a day off work or wait around for hours on end.
Communication was prompt and helpful. Delivery and assembly was friendly and efficient.
The sofa itself is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed - we are very happy with it!
After delivery, we realised that the footstool we ordered was too big for the space and reached out again via the online chat.
Gregg was so very accommodating and helpful and has arranged to switch this for the smaller version.
Overall, an amazing experience, such excellent customer service, highly recommended!
