Slight hold up on delivery but it was worth the wait. David and Lucus assembled the sofa and gave full instructions on how to access the bed, storage, etc etc. They were very professional and quick and had it all done within 30 minutes of arriving. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company

Do yourself a favour and do not buy from Sofa Bargain. Items are not as described. Our sofas arrived in incorrect colour and incorrect dimensions. We refused delivery and were told we would be entitled to a full refund. Almost a month on and we are yet to see any money refunded to our account. There's no way to contact the company except for live chat where you will speak to either 'henry' or 'alex'. We were initially told we would receive our refund in 14 working days. Since then we were told their transaction system had broken down and they were 'working on fixing it'. They can't give me a definitive date of when I can get my money back. The company is a joke or run by cowboys at the very least. Avoid avoid avoid! (Have had to go through our credit card company to retrieve our money).

I tried to visit this place after doing a live chat with customer service who told me there was a showroom with certain sofas in stock that I could view. Not only was it extremely difficult to find resulting in me having to do another live chat and given specific instructions to find. I then arrived at the door to be told I cannot come in as this isn’t a showroom and just a warehouse. He then asked me which sofa I was interested in and I told him I’m looking to purchase the ‘Leicester’ style. He said I can feel the sofa material but I can’t sit on them or look at them. This company sounds like BIG SCAM. I travelled from London to here. Customer service is appalling and I will no longer be purchasing if this is their attitude. I would advise everyone to stay away!!!
