You have placed you order at 27 December at 16:25 , you order have been dispatched and send at 28 December with Royal Mail . Usually is arriving in 2-3 day but during Christmas time is take longer than normal. Royal Mail at the moment have problems with lower staff because of coronavirus , we are very sorry regarding delays in this period but is not our fault.
