I purchased from shopsofty.com who are part of this company (they do not have a trust pilot page). The products never arrived and I receive generic emails back from the company asking me to be patient.

It was all great, high quality products, perfect delivery service without delay, I ordered before Christmas, I recommend this platform!

Amazing tights and excellent service! This is my 3rd time ordering from them and I'm very pleased! Very good quality tights, they look elegant and stylish, very comfortable and surprisingly warm ,just what I needed for cold weather.
Definitely recommend them 👌!

the colors are different from pictures

I ordered darkblue/navy and your accompanying invoice specifies dark blue. The product you delivered is black (Marino).

I ordered some lovely heart tights.

Recieved all good, had them on twice and then laddered all down the back leg!.

I know these are thin tights but they shouldnt ladder when you bend down to pick something up!!!.
Shocking quality, emailed the company had a few back and forth emails with a lady called Eugeniu .

I wanted a full refund as the tights arnt fit for purpose and didnt want another pair as she offeed, she said and i quote these tights wont last you for life!!! There are thin material and should be handled carefully!!! Like as a customer i wouldnt know that.

Anyway as a result my last email from her is no refund ,shocking company wont ever be using again

Absolutely rubbish customer service, over a month and no reply. Garment not even tried on. Returned, postage paid, no reply or refund. Avoid this company. Lost my money as not sure how to contact. Very difficult

Tights were far too small for me sadly. I am a size 10, average height & ordered the size medium but they won’t pull up anywhere near to my waist and very tight. Tried emailing customer services to ask how to return both pairs of tights and receive refund but sadly no reply after 5 days of waiting. Even more disappointed as I have just read that you have just 14 days to return from dispatch date (considering they took 5 days to arrive this is unfair) so I have now missed the return window. Waste of money.
