They don't necessarily have the item in stock

I ordered cleats back in December. As of today, I STILL had not received my order. I emailed and they said my order hadn't been processed and they didn't have a shipping date available. That is 15 DAYS from the date I ordered. TERRIBLE! I would go else where they value their customers.

Very irresponsible

Very irresponsible, I ordered on December 12, never received any shipping confirmation, 2 weeks later they sent me a email saying my cleats were out of stock. Poor service poor communication.

I ordered two pair of shoes at the end…

I ordered two pair of shoes at the end of November that were supposed to be shipped 3-5 days. Mid December I still did not have a shipping notice. I emailed them. They said that one of the shoes was now out of the size I needed. Which was frustrating because I didn't have time to get another one before Christmas. They then mailed the other shoe and it arrived after we had already left for Christmas. So I got neither shoe in time for Christmas and only one pair after.

Extremely disappointed first time customer!!

I ordered the limited edition Black Panther Portugal Jersey as a surprise Christmas gift for my 25 year old son, and to MY surprise, I opened the package and the jersey that I received was NOT the correct size.
I ordered an ADULT XL jersey and received a youth XL jersey. I paid for the adult size and have no children to give this jersey too.
You've ruined mine and my son's Christmas!

I waited 5 weeks for my order just to…

I waited 5 weeks for my order just to receive the wrong thing. I was told 3-4 weeks from my order date and I had to reach out twice before it was finally shipped. Then arrives and it’s the wrong jersey.

After months of web browsing my son…

After months of web browsing my son asked me to place this order for his birthday and at first I was very skeptical about the website and the product not arriving or being fake, but we were notified of every step of the process from purchase to delivery and we received the items before the expected delivery date. Very satisfied, original products and great communication.
