I order a soccer Jersey and I received my order within a few weeks. It was a personalized Soccer Jersey. They did a great job with the letters.. Their Customer Service was great. Would I Order from this store again definitely yes. I hope that my next Order would be the same Service. I would like to Order a few Soccer Balls to donate in the future……..thank u.

I placed an order that I had to cancel due to ordering the wrong size. I emailed them within 10 minutes of placing the order. I also called their customer service number but this is a prerecorded message with no way to leave a message. I tried for TWO WEEKS to contact the company. They continued to ship the item to me. There were no directions in the packaging nor in the purchase email about how to return the item. It was only after I complained to Shopify that someone contacted me.
They agreed to refund the cost of the shoe but not the tax that I paid for it. They questioned whether I had tried to contact them so I sent them screenshots of my emails to them and call logs.
Their customer service is AWFUL. And in comparison to other online sellers, they are much more expensive. For that reason alone, they should provide much better service.
I would NOT recommend purchasing from them at all.

I ordered a jersey from Soccer Wearhouse, and they accidentally left off the sponsor logo. I reached out to customer service, and they handled it really well. They were polite, responsive, and gave me clear options on how they could fix the issue, which I appreciated.

Mistakes happen, but their customer service made a big difference. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I have ordered a few times here and the experience has always been great. This last time I had my order in hand within 3 days of placing the order.

I will also say that the owner is pure class. I lost dozens of jerseys in a house fire and he helped replace a couple for me. He’s also helped students I work with to get them soccer gear that their families couldn’t afford. I will always make SW my first stop for soccer purchases.

The website had the cleats that my son was looking for at a reasonable price. He was able to get the size he needed. The shipping took longer than expected, but the cleats are the correct ones, good quality, and has them in time for his season.

I have no complaints! Customer service responded very quickly and fixed the shipping address before the product had been shipped. Shipping was fast. Loved the product! Would recommend!

The transaction was quick. Shipping wasn’t great but it was okay. I gave you a 3 because this was the first time ever seeing in bold all responsibility sentence. That left me unsure and company unwilling to be behind the product. As for the product itself it looked great but I will come back for another product review in due time.
As for doing another purchase. Maybe, I would come back but that one sentence again left me uneasy.
