They were informative and gave real info i could understand. Trans was delivered clean and before scheduled date. Late to Ship. No Communication
Ordered early Monday because I needed the part before the weekend. Waited until Thursday with no ship notification. I sent an email Thursday morning with no response. (I ordered the part from Amazon on Friday for a Saturday delivery) Seems the part was shipped after my email. Did not arrive until the next week. (too late) I live local (1-2 hours away) and ordered here thinking I would get the part in time. Order from CIP1 - even coming from Canada the parts will get to you quicker.

Slow shipping!
Rather disappointed that it’s coming from Canada rather than California like your name suggests! Flared around in Vancouver BC for a coulle days, the migrated to Tennessee to US customs which made no sense to me! Surely there’s a customs facility closer than TN!
