Customer service makes all the difference.
I ordered charcoal briquettes from SoCal at a very reasonable price and when they arrived, unfortunatley the incorrect ones had been delivered. I contacted customer services and left a message, expecting, like most companies to never hear back, yet within 10 minutes I got a call back, very apologetic for their error, they sent me the correct briquettes I ordered for next day delivery and told me to just keep the mistaken order. Amazing customer service and it’s this that makes all
the difference, would highly recommend SoCal to anyone. I’m sure they get it right 99% of the time, but the 1% they get wrong, they still do it right..
