Soak Rochford Ltd Reviews

Great communication, answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I would recommend them to anyone that is starting or started in this line of business.

Great service, quick, friendly and caring.

Love it! Absolutely love this company for my shower base whip. So many lovely fragrances to choose from as well. Fast delivery! Definitely will be ordering again

Soak Rochford has to be one of my favourite companies to deal with ever! The process is always flawless and the team are always more than helpful. A company that truly values its customers is hard to find nowadays but you guys have nailed it

Amazing service, the team always go out of their way to help

Great products, fast delivery 👌

Amazing product good quality and arrived fast and perfect for my new scrub bars.

Brilliant customer service and love the products. Had a bad experience with another company so when I found Soak Rochford I was so pleased that they were so friendly and helpful. Their assessments and products are top quality with speedy delivery times.
The owner is a lovely friendly guy and goes above and beyond to help his customers. Very pleased with my assessment and the overall experience. 😊

Not only a great company to purchase from but they also head up a fab community help/support group too. This is a one stop shop if you’re starting out in the world of toiletry making.

Absolutely love this company and the Soakie community on their Facebook page. The service Jay and team offer is fantastic and the quality of their products is top notch. There are also loyalty points which gives you discount on repeat orders. Very worthwhile joking the support Facebook page as there are tutorials and the other soakies help any troubleshooting. First class.

Consistently love the Soak experience!
Not only are they an efficient and reasonably priced business, the wealth of support they give is unmatched.
Proud to be a Soakie!

Unrivaled in the industry,
Having been a part of a different group where the customer service and post-purchase support were incredibly poor, I had completely lost my faith until I came across Soak Rochford and I have never looked back.

Soak Rochford:
*Outstanding products
*Exceptional service
*Superb aftercare
*Outstanding communication
*Incredible Facebook group with comprehensive advice, tips, and tricks

What more can I say? I ADORE THIS COMPANY!

Always an excellent service. The website is easy to navigate and no hidden costs.

Soak are the best for their products and their quick service

Always brilliant! Great quality products, always sent quickly. Helpful whenever I contact them.

Recently I purchased a cosmetic assessment from this company and have been really impressed with their customer service, product quality and delivery times. I have previously purchased assessments and ingredients from other suppliers and the process hasn’t been as easy or straightforward as it has been with Soak Rochford. I would highly recommend this company to others wanting to expand the self-care range. Thank you Soak Rochford.
