After just 8 months use the vanity unit I purchased as part of a full bathroom renovation started to bleb and bubble in one area. I contacted Soak and they said it was water damage! Surely a vanity unit for use in a bathroom should not deteriorate so badly in just 8 months of light use! I sent photos and they said the blebs were water droplets and refused to do anything about it! I offered to send further photos but they refused point blank to review any further information!
The warranty is obviously useless and I would advise anyone not to use this company!

Ordered shower tray, shower doors and sink unit with ceramic sink, not had them fitted yet but have examined the items. Ordered in the sale so purchased at a very good price and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items. Very pleased with my purchase. Delivery notified in advance and delivered on time. Drivers moved items around to ensure they weren't obstructing my walk way. Would definitely recommend soak and would use again.

Ordered a cabinet on 20th of Feb after speaking to one of their staff online. Found out the company has gone into adminstration the next day on 21st Feb. Lost £130. Very dishonest to continue to sell me something knowing that they are about to go under. AVOID this company

Attention all CUSTOMERS. I hope you used your credit card as this company has gone int administration. So stop all moaning be positive yiur hard earned money has got to. Ta ta land. Soak.com . Com soak. Com where everything and will go wrong. Broken this broken that. All the staff of useless tw..s. You can scream you can shout at then end of the day they dont want to Hellllpp.

Ordered a bathroom suite, payed for it,4 days later was told bath not in stock and order another one that’s similar, so I did payed extra for it then told 3 days later that that wasn’t in stock.I then cancelled my order only to be told I t would take 12 days to get my refund, it took longer I had to ring the extra I payed for second bath that took another 12 days to get refunded I have now been waiting13 days still not had refund and cannot get in touch as website shut down and no phone numbers to contact them on.Now thinking this is a company what takes your money puts it into there account and scams interest.Would not touch this company is my advice to anyone.

I have had to give a one star review to be able to write this but in reality I give Soak ZERO stars. I placed an order for two lovely radiators and waited for a delivery date, nothing came, I phoned them and was assured I would have the items the following week, I emailed them and was told the items were with their couriers Breezemount. So I got the courier’s phone number and rang them and was told I would have the items Monday or Tuesday of this week.
Phoned the couriers last Friday to confirm this and was told by them that they were holding Soak.com orders as collateral for unpaid delivery fees and I could not make arrangements with the couriers to deliver my goods even though I was willing to pay delivery charges.
In the meantime I received an email from Soak offering a refund as they were in dispute with the couriers. So I told them I would take the refund. An email came from them confirming the money would be refunded to my account in 2 - 12 days.
To date zilch has arrived in my account!
I have had to buy a couple of radiators elsewhere as my builder had to put off the plumbing of the cottage we’re renovating until I had replacements.
So ZERO stars from me!

Emailed customer service for fitting instructions for one of their products and was told they didn't have them. This on top of a shambles when it came to delivery and not sending the full order is the final straw. Avoid.

Paid for new bathroom, delivery didn't happen yesterday. Website is down and they have disconnected the phones. Outrageous.

Surprised how readily this item was available and how quickly it arrived. Good pricing too.

My delivery was scheduled for today, didn't arrive.
Phoned the delivery company and was told they won't be delivering my item's and I can't pick them up either. They have basically robbed me of £600 .

Company website is down as is the phone number and other brand sites like Luxury for Less and IbathUK.

News has reported it is in administration so guess the promise of replacements for my faulty goods is no more ... avoid company till confusion is sorted!

Easy to order very fast delivery goods as described very pleased

My bathroom was to be delivered on the 21/02/2020. The tracking showed the goods on the way to me but never showed up. I called Dx delivery and they have told me that they are keeping my bathroom and any other soak deliveries. Apparently the goods no longer belong to me so I cant even pick them up..I feel robbed and am without a bathroom..No news but the company has stopped trading. My bathroom was paid for over a week ago so I am feeling very angry as I suppose the customers will never get their goods or their hard earned money back...

How come soak are still selling on AMAZON???? my goods have been seized by dx delivery before they even went bust. big scam!!

I ordered an item online last Thursday (they took my payment) and from Friday their website is down and phones are disconnected. So they have obviously gone under. Taking payments when they know they are going under the next day is criminal and I will be fighting to ensure I get my money back.

soak gone bust ; For your information SOAK , COM went into administration just after midday on friday 21/feb /2020 .it is no more ,

My daughter placed a £600+ (and paid for it) 0rder about a week ago. She has not had any update from Soak. The website is down and when I tried to telephone Soak the operator voicemail said connection was not available at this moment.
Do NOT order from Soak.
Their ability to update a customer is atrocious.

tried last week to get replacement vanity unit ,but they said it was water damaged,in a bathroom ,with handbasin on top!!,not fit for purpose,the equality of gloss really poor and too thin,ok if not put in bathroom lol, tried to contact again but everything down,after reading in google looks like they needed a buyer and have gone bust
