I placed two orders to the value of £2,000, when I called to check the delivery they were out of stock of items on my delivery, I asked to cancel the orders and 15 days later I am still waiting and chasing for a refund. They've charge me for items they never had in stock to sell in the first place and are not refunding money.

Purchased a laundry cupdoard from soak ,when it arrived it was damaged ,so i phoned them and the arranged a replacment over the phone without any hassle.

We bought a bathroom suite from Soak for a very good price, and the delivery was very good. The pedestal broke in transit but they still managed to deliver it separately on the same day.

Super-quick delivery of a very reasonably-priced bath screen. Looks really smart and looks much more expensive than it was. The delivery men were prompt, efficient and friendly.

I was apprehensive to buy from company because of negative reviews, items were delivered on time but unfortunately I missed them, calling card left. My only criticism was they should mark what regional number to call. Next day no card left I had to call several numbers to find out where they left package as tracking app only gave the name of person who signed no door number. But very please with black taps.

Since my review Soak have posted "Customer contacted" however, the only contact made has been via trustpilot.

My daughter will shortly be moving into her first home (small flat) and has been very excited ordering various fixtures fittings from different companies.
One of the recent items she ordered from Soak was a liberty mirrored bathroom cabinet to fit into the narrow space above her bathroom washbasin.
However, upon delivery she realised, that by mistake, she had ordered a 600x 670mm cabinet rather than the 400x600mm required to fit into the space above her basin.
Following the delivery, my daughter contacted Soak customer services and explained the situation and asked if she could exchange the cabinet for the narrower one required, but she was informed that she would need to pay for the return postage (I could understand this policy if someone just didn't like the item and wished to return it, but not when it was a genuine mistake and they wanted to exchange it for a similar item)
I would have thought that a large well known company like Soak could arrange for mis-ordered cabinet to be collected when the replacement one was delivered?

I suggested that my daughter returned the cabinet to Soak and purchased another one from a different company...however, she said that she likes the style of the Soak cabinets.
The cabinet is currently in our house awaiting return 😢
