The company is doing well but sometimes the bill says something but the money is deducted otherwise, recently my bill showed £92 pound but they took from account £117. Still will recommend so energy to my friends.

Locating and comparing tariffs on the app is user friendly .I can clearly see all prices ,making it easy to also compare with other energy suppliers.Making my choices entirely informed and independent.

I found the ‘chat’ line very difficult to use as it kept freezing.
A representative did notice this and followed up with an email although he didn’t then follow up on my response.
I then had to make a phone call to resolve my issue.
All very confusing.

Monthly payments and bills and refunded credit within two days into my account when requested. Notified me of best and all options available for renewal also stating that other companies may be cheaper! Needless to say I stayed with So Energy with new plan! Easy to talk to with online chat, customer service is 5 star 🌟.
Monthly readings sent by yourself and so easy to do with monthly bills with in days which allows you to know exactly how out much in credit or debt your account is!
