We have a Snuzpod Studio crib but the castors were misplaced during transit (our mistake). Emailed customer service to find out if it was possible to have the replacement castors only. Tesni was very helpful and kindly sent out a set out free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. They even match the colour (Rome) of the crib! Thank you again.

Genuinely awful company. Arranged a return and was promised a label within 48 hours. 3 days later chased for a label and was told it could only be returned by courier who could come at any point on the day, no timeslots etc and not actually guaranteed to show on that day at all. Had to ask the same qs multiple times to get a response. No confirmation email or tracking from snuz. Pickup happened but courier wasnt able to give me tracking number. Over a week later, no comms from snuz at all. Messaged their "customwr service" who claimed it was never returned and ignored my request for the tracking number (again). Rang the courier company who confirmed it had been delivered ovef a week ago so snuz were lying. Tried to call snuz twice and both times, their number rang and then said "application error" and hung up on me. Now raising claim with my card company. Honestly steer well clear. Little green sheep is also the same company so would apply to them too. Not what i need 9 months pregnant.

The kot looks great and seems sturdy going on 2 years now.
It was hard to put together because the holes didn't line up well which I've seen others also confirm the same
I think the idea of extending the bed is great but the pricing is mental to do so. Everything is £50 or more. The mattress extension / the rails/ the kot extension come to a price of a normal bed and the reviews are not showing good quality for those parts. I think they need to reduce the pricing ASAP as it's ridiculous and not the best of qualities and fit to warrant these prices.

I have the Snuzkot, and in our house move all the nuts and bolts and screws went missing. I contacted the company and Demi was so helpful and has sent me out a replacement tool pack. She replies to my emails really quickly and has helped me tremendously. The customer service she gave was superb, I cannot thank her enough as now my little one has his bed back.

Demi was exceptionally helpful! Demi arranged for a new fabric set for my Snuzpod to be sent out straight away and I’m so appreciative of her prompt action!

We got the lovely snüzbaskit gifted to us by some friends, but unfortunately the screws were missing from the pack. I reached out to the support team to check where I could get some, and they have been absolutely fantastic in getting back to me immediately and shipping the missing parts for our product.

I would say this has been the most positive customer service interaction I’ve ever had, they were so quick and so kind to sort this out for us with record speed, which we really appreciated as the baby is coming very soon!

Would highly recommend, as the product is also fantastic. Missing parts happen, and their willingness to support us on getting them has been amazing.

My parcel was being sent to my old address, which was my fault for not checking, I contacted and got a response from Tegan who was very helpful and tried her best to put my mind at rest and she managed to divert the parcel with DHL and get it resent to my new address. Tegan was very professional and responded effectively throughout the situation.

Return process is so long winded took multiple days back and forth for them to send me a returns label after i received the wrong colour crib! Been chasing up the return that is ent at the end of last month with no reply to say they have it as currier said they do! Still waiting to say they’ve received ed it and process the refund so I can re order the correct colour off another retailer

I needed help with an item getting redelivered and Demi from Snüz sorted this for me very quickly and with no bother - super helpful and kind!

Wanted a bundle that wasn’t readily available via the website so I sent a message via the chat function on the website. Received a response almost immediately and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Special thanks to Demi in the Customer Service Team.

My order arrived, and I was extremely happy with the Snuz basket we purchased, sadly one screw was missing for the assembly of this. One quick email to Snuz and it was resolved straight away a replacement sent out and the team couldn’t have been more apologetic and understanding.

I love my Moses basket bundle complete with waterproof mattress protector and sheets. It looks just as it does on the picture online- which is great! There was a minor issue where I had 2 waterproof mattress protectors turn up instead of 2 sheets. But having said that the company were very quick to rectify this issue with quick turn around response times and a new sheet being sent out with haste - free of charge for the inconvenience. Therefore I would recommend this company and their products!

Had a problem with the moses basket stand and within 30 mins the problem was all resolved and replacement organised
