So disappointed in Snuz. We have spent a lot of money having had the snuzbaskit and snuzpod and then wanted to move on to the snuz cot. Delivery took almost three weeks which was way too long as we needed the product quickly. Once it finally arrived half the cot was missing and the mattress was in an absolutely appalling state. Customer service never have their phones switched on and will not call me despite me asking multiple times for them to do so. I had hoped they were going to resolve this issue quickly yet we are now going into a bank holiday weekend with no resolution and no further contact from them. I have lost count of the amount of times i have chased and have had to purchase a travel cot to tide us over as my daughter is now too big for her crib. Absolutely appalling service, wish we'd never bought it.
We’ve used a few Snuz products over the years including the SnuzBaskit and most recently the SnuzStudio and we’ve loved all of them.
The Snuz baskit has been shared with friends and is now being used by a fourth baby and still going strong!
The Snuz studio has been great too, the wheels make it so easy to move around and position where you need it.
We’ve also been really impressed with the mattress protectors. They’re completely silent, unlike others we’ve tried, which is seems like a small thing but makes a big difference.
We’ve had a really good experience with Snuz, everything feels well made and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

We have the Snuz pod 5 in Mocha and we love it, new baby sleeps great in it as well so obviously he approves! It’s such good quality and the colour is gorgeous. Highly recommended 😁

I’m really happy with the SnuzKot—it’s both beautiful and practical. The design is simple and modern, and it fits perfectly into our nursery without feeling bulky. You can tell it’s well made, and it feels sturdy and safe.
One of the best things is how it grows with your child. Being able to convert it from a cot into a toddler bed (and beyond) makes it feel like a great long-term investment rather than something they’ll outgrow quickly.
It did take a bit of time to put together, but once assembled, it looks fantastic and works perfectly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the SnuzKot to anyone looking for a stylish, durable cot bed that will last for years.

Ongoing issue since Christmas with wardrobe order and still not resolved.
Wardrobe doors arrived damaged, and multiple replacements have failed — including one where the wrong doors were sent, and others arriving damaged in the exact same place.
The courier situation has been even worse. Deliveries have been left outside unattended, and on one occasion my parcel was marked as “signed for” using my name without my authorisation.
Customer service responses have been polite, but the issue remains unresolved and I am still waiting for confirmation of the latest replacement.
I can see from other reviews that you often ask customers to email directly, but I have already done this multiple times and have not received a response.
At this point, I just want this sorted — a correct, undamaged delivery handled properly. Please can someone urgently resolve this.

I’ve also been using the SnuzPouch sleeping bags, and they’ve been fantastic. They wash really well and keep their shape and softness. The zip design is especially useful, making night-time nappy changes so much easier and less disruptive.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with everything from Snuz and would definitely recommend their products to other parents-to-be.

We couldn’t fault our snuz pod that we had for our little one, it fitted perfectly by my bedside and the zip down side was great. We loved the design so much that we then purchased the drawers and cot bed for her room too! It was easy to assemble and also to adjust as she’s got bigger!

Would give zero if possible idk how they have 4.2 starts but i ordered a mattress for a baby cot it comes rolled up and says open as soon as possible but could be stored in a warehouse for 6 months when opened didn't expand as started had indents all over got a replacement and opened that one was yellow stained for the price it was a joke no apology stay away from this company I'd recommended mamas and papas premium baby cot mattress same price basically and quality is outstanding compared to snuz junk

Ordered a cot bed, mattress, protector and fitted sheets as per the "complete the package" option on their website but the sheets aren't actually for the cot - they're for the crib so are far too small. Customer service is terrible, they say they won't do exchanges even though they suggested the sheets.
First they said the sheets would fit, they definitely do not. Now they want us to place a brand new order and pay for delivery even though it's their error on the website.
After spending over £400 I'd expect better service

Great customer service, the Snuzpod5 we ordered arrived with a chip on one of the parts and the C/S team replied to my email and got a replacement part out within 12hours. It should arrive in 1-2 days.

Ordered the Snuzpod via Amazon. There was a defect with the original stand, but this was quickly resolved by Demi from the customer care team and a replacement stand was sent. Love the Snuzpod, it is a perfect size for our little one, sturdy on the stand whilst also being super lightweight and easy to manouvre around. Would recommend!

We were considering a Snuz cot mattress and noticed that under the product's Returns & Delivery tab there was a 30 day returns option. It simply asked us to contact them "with your proof of purchase to receive your returns number and returns label". This seems reasonable, and is in line with other mattress brands' returns policy (up to 90 days returns option after trying the mattress) so we went ahead and ordered. Well, unfortunately the baby didn't like the Snuz mattress so we contacted Snuz to initiate returns. Suddenly, they're saying the mattress needs to be "new, unused, and in their original packaging". But if that's what they require, WHY isn't it all stated clearly? And who on earth orders a mattress and just lets it sit there in a super compressed state when the Snuz delivery box itself has a huge red sticker telling you to take out the mattress IMMEDIATELY to decompress it for 7 days?! They never tell you that following their instructions would invalidate your right to return an item!
The whole thing reeks of Snuz deliberately giving misleading info about their returns policy to get a customer to buy a product and give them money, but near-impossible for you to make a return.
AWFUL. This company operates like a scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Snuzpod5. Beautiful product! However, the two screws for the middle pole that would allow you to have the zips down aren't long enough. The screws are only long enough if you have the pole at the top of the pod. This defeats the object as it was bought as a "bedside crib"!

We have a Snuzpod Studio crib but the castors were misplaced during transit (our mistake). Emailed customer service to find out if it was possible to have the replacement castors only. Tesni was very helpful and kindly sent out a set out free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. They even match the colour (Rome) of the crib! Thank you again.

Genuinely awful company. Arranged a return and was promised a label within 48 hours. 3 days later chased for a label and was told it could only be returned by courier who could come at any point on the day, no timeslots etc and not actually guaranteed to show on that day at all. Had to ask the same qs multiple times to get a response. No confirmation email or tracking from snuz. Pickup happened but courier wasnt able to give me tracking number. Over a week later, no comms from snuz at all. Messaged their "customwr service" who claimed it was never returned and ignored my request for the tracking number (again). Rang the courier company who confirmed it had been delivered ovef a week ago so snuz were lying. Tried to call snuz twice and both times, their number rang and then said "application error" and hung up on me. Now raising claim with my card company. Honestly steer well clear. Little green sheep is also the same company so would apply to them too. Not what i need 9 months pregnant.
