Delayed shipments
Both of my last two orders are being held up by customs in the US. Even though they say they are allowed to ship to the US. Please fix this issue. I have never had any issues before and this is the exact same order as previous.

No indications of customs issues and false declarations
Normally, companies indicate at checkout that additional customs fees are to be expected, if that is the case. Especially since I was asked when I opened the page whether I wanted to access the Swiss site, I assumed that there would be no customs fees. I was therefore very surprised when, upon receiving the package, I had to pay customs fees equal to the total value of my order. In addition, the package was incorrectly declared. It said “4 nicotine pouches, tobacco-free” on the package, but two of them were actually nicotine-free and would therefore also be tax-free in Switzerland. Because of the incorrect declaration, I had to pay tax on those two packs as well, even though they would have been tax-free. All in all, it was a very bad experience, and I would neither recommend SnusExpress nor order from them again.
edit: After a tedious email exchange, I was refunded the entire order

Trustworthy, but limited shipping options to South Africa delays delivery
Delivery arrived in good condition. Took about a month to arrive in South Africa, which is expected with the state of the national postal service.
Would be an incredible option if delivery through a courier partner was available to expedite delivery.
Order was shipped in two packages, which is a bit annoying considering that two trips to the few available post offices (rarely close to your address) are then required to collect the order.
