No response, no delivery, no trust
I placed my first order on 20th of August.
On 29th of August I contacted customer support asking for any update or tracking information.
Today is 9th of September — I have received no reply, no information, and of course no product.
This was my first order with SnusExpress, and it will also be my last. Very disappointing, because the selection looked interesting and I was hoping this would be a reliable shop. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and delivery made sure I won’t return.

Extremely disappointing service and lack of support
placed an order with Snusexpress almost a month ago, and I still haven’t received my package. The parcel seems to be stuck with the postal service, and PostNL advised me that the sender must initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, Snusexpress has shown no willingness to assist beyond generic responses.
Their customer service email essentially says they cannot help because they “are not PostNL,” despite being the sender. This is incredibly frustrating — they take no responsibility for the delivery and leave customers in the dark.
If you’re ordering from abroad, be warned: once they ship your item, you’re on your own. No proactive support, no tracking help, and no accountability.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Snusexpress unless you’re prepared to lose your money or wait indefinitely with no answers.
